I have been a devoted Schlotzsky customer since the 70″s. I love the bread most. I just moved to Friendswood and was glad there was a Schlotzsky near by. We were excited to go and enjoy our favorites. After one bite it was all ruined. The bread was terrible. We were discussing this amongst ourselves and the manager was nearby, and indicated she had received several similar comments recently. She indicated they had lost their most valuble long time baker recently and the new baker does not follow the original process. Also the general construction of the sandwich was incorrect. Really wish they would correct all the issues at this location because I really miss having a nearby Schlotzsky!!

Extremely rude management. Seems like they have no motivation to help resolve issues. They need to change their tone of voice. I’m not one to get upset with service workers UNTIL I’m spoken to like an incompetent human being like these workers treated me. If you hate your life or job that much find a different field to work in.

The food is always good here, but this is the absolute worst location I have been to. This is the only Schlotzsky’s that asks for tips, and they also charge significantly higher than any other location for some reason. They also don’t allow refills on the lemonade that they up-charge for even though I have never had an issue with refills anywhere else. I have even asked if they allow free refills at other locations and they have always told me yes. Frustrating how money hungry this location is and asking for tips so they can pay their employees less. Will not be returning to this location nor do I recommend to anyone else.

Got there about five minutes before they closed (yeah, one of those guys this time) and was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile when I got to the window. Heather was friendly and a pleasure to meet. My sandwich was hot and delicious with some bussin Cinnabon’s I enjoyed later. This is my new favorite sandwich shop! Highly recommend!

schlotskys is just unmatched. i don’t know why i don’t come more often. the pizza is truly better than anyplace ive ever been. and the cinnabon mini rolls omg !!! i was very happy to be stuck in traffic so that i could start eating ASAP. it was amazing amazing amazing.

Oh Schlotzsky’s, you’ve done again. It has been awhile since I have had the chance to enjoy your fresh baked bread and sandwiches. I ordered my tried and true Albuquerque Turkey, I was not disappointed!! So fresh and delicious. I hope you continue to give quality products to your returning and new customers.
