First time here and service was just ok food was made fresh. The issue was the employee was mopping the floor while customers where entering and eating and asking can I mop underneath you. Now that was not professional at all and the manger did anything about it.

I’ve been coming to this Schlotzsky’s location for over 20 years, and it’s still my go-to for an incredible meal. Their fresh-baked sourdough is the star of the show. Baked daily, it boasts a crispy golden crust and a soft airy interior packed with tangy sourdough flavor. The iconic Original sandwich, loaded with premium meats, cheeses, and fresh veggies, is next-level thanks to this amazing bread. The texture and taste are unmatched. It’s no surprise they’ve been perfecting it since 1971. Their pizzas are also a great option, with that same stellar sourdough crust. Quick friendly service and a clean welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back. Don’t forget to grab a Cinnabon to go for a sweet treat. Sourdough fans, Schlotzsky’s is a must.

I got the pleasure to meet the new owner this afternoon. Just great family man. Definitely great food, great service, and everyone was super nice. Barry clean restroom, nothing on the floor in the dining room. They kept Cleaning the table as soon as people left.

This has always been my favorite Schlotzsky’s and I am very fond of the original sandwich with horseradish sauce – still v good sandwiches. One thing that really made it nice was the good lemonade. The lemonade machines have been replaced and the lemonade is more expensive and definitely not as good as before.
Please bring back the good (Minute Maid?) lemonade machines.

We have become regulars at Schlotzsky’s for the great food and service. When it’s time for a quick bit and we run down the list of places they always top the list.
They also offer takeaway service which is great for working lunches and more.

Looks like the ownership has been changed for this location. We never had a problem before ordering a veggie pizza under their promotion, $5 pizza after 5.00 PM. But, recently we went there, the new owner, Mr. Iqbal Simjee was there. He refused to honor that deal for veggie pizza. We told him that we always get it from here and he told us liar on our face. He was really rude. Why would anyone lie, just for $5. He could have just denied our order. Sorry to say, but he has lost our business for ever.

OMG my mind was blown away by how this Schlotzsky’s looked! Because it was so clean, the dining area and bathroom (clean sink, soap dispenser , urinal and toilet) and workers in the front and back were working hard, clean and had great work ethics. IMO this should be the gold standard for fat food, fast casual dining experience in the USA. The people working here deserve a raise and better benefits ASAP! The food tasted great and the veggies and meat were fresh.

I almost never go to chains but their Wednesday pizza BOGO deal is great. My mom loves pizza almost as much as she hates me paying full price so it’s become a tradition for us. Also great for small office lunches.
Plus the main cashier guy is exceptionally nice, which I don’t think ever happens at fast food joints anymore.

Popular restaurant in Sugar Land at lunch hours. Employees are busy and yet service quality remains outstanding. Great relaxing ambience with TV playing sport channel and classical music in the background.

I came in for my birthday sandwich. I was throughly disappointed. Im a vegetarian and was glad to see a veggie option. However this was the the worst veggie sandwich I’ve had. It was mainly a lettuce sandwich as it was stacked full of lettuce .Sandwich was dry with 0 flavor at all. There was supposed to be a signature sauce but I didn’t see or taste any.Just awful. Sad cause it was a birthday treat. The service of the front staff and the cleanliness of the store however is great.
