I have been going to this location for year. It seems it got worse every time so then I stopped going for a while and decided tonight I’m gonna go. BIG MISTAKE !!! First of all I ask for pickle spears before pulling off no they are out. Ok take my food home sandwiches feelings a little slim. Look at my sandwich and there is literally 4 slices of ham. The other side of my sandwich had no meat on one end. Asked for no onion and add pickles. Nope there’s onion and no pickles .Then I call no answer no way to submit a survey just a waste of 22 dollars. Should stuck with my leftovers. SMH

Was really craving cinnamon buns so decided to drop in and grab a box of cinnamon rolls. It was ok but it was definitely either over cooked or the warmer was too hot because you can even tell by the color they’re too dark. The outside was crunchy. I’ve always loved Cinnabon so we were disappointed.

When I tell you that my husband and I really love Schlotzsky’s. They have the best sandwiches hand down. So I use fetch and I got a $50 gift card to use here. So that’s what paid for our food. We always get a large original I never have to worry about the food being cold we always get a hot sandwich. Or worry over the service here, so thank you for making everything so easy.

The server was so very pleasant and listened to my concerns. She really works so well with the other staf that made it all so fast and comfortable.
The food was amazing I got the #3 giant size and I had lunch for work the next day as well. Worth the money!!

I came through the drive-thru before 9:00. Online. It states that the drive-thru is open until 10:00. I was in the Drive-Thru waiting to order for 5 minutes. I then went to open the door to go inside to place an order. The door was locked and this was at 8:55. I had to knock on the window to get someone to the drive-thru window to simply say that they closed early. Despite the posted hours. I would not visit this location because the manager on duty was rude and pretended that they did not close early despite the posted hours.

Well started out a little rough in the drive thru. I had problems being heard. Tech what can you do sometimes. Well I was told to go to the window, so I did. I started asking some complicated questions and decided to go inside to allow the customer behind me to get that delicious food.
Now inside was like night to day. The sun came up and it was a totally different visit. I ordered the NEW CHEESY MEAL DEAL with a Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy, Small Mac & Cheese and a medium ice cold beverage. I added onions, lettuce and tomatoes to the sandwich. WOW JUST WOW. Rhe food was on point. Service was top notch. The sandwich and the cheesy Mac got brought to my table. They gave me a hot giant Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll free for the trouble. They didn’t have to do that but, hats off to them. The manager on duty was very knowledgeable. The inside was nice and clean. But the food, yeah that delicious or ddeelliicciioouuss…..food. It was great. I recommend this location and that meal deal. See my pictures…. CRAM it hit the spot.

I normally order my lunch from here using DoorDash; furthermore, I’ve been previously happy with this locations service. However, today 10/21/2025, I asked my wife to grab lunch for us both to eat together in person. I sent her to schlotskys with a $100 bill to pay for two meals. They told my wife it was $30 and some change, but gave her no receipt and only gave her $60 in change! She told me what had transpired so I called the location, requested the give us the rest of OUR money, and my wife had to go pick it back up. The manager rudely gave her the money and slammed the window on my wife, as she was trying to say “thank you.” This location now has lost not one, but two loyal customers. I would highly advise people to turn away from places that are ran like this. It is a scammy practice to withhold correct change, receipts, and then to be rude when called out for your malpractice. I pray and hope, that more people do not fall for this. I hope the workers aren’t influenced by such actions. You could have gave us our correct change and continued making more money off of us; but now, we’ll go to your competitors.

The workers always greet you with a smile and great service. Food is good and always made fresh. Just one thing though ….can they quit running out the center of the roll lol ..my favorite. I also tried one of the new calzones they are now offering, have to say i was pleasantly surprised. Give those calzones a try.

I was at the copperas cove location and the red hair lady that I found out was the manager of the store in Harker Heights blocked the drive tru so I could not exit, I honked my horn and to no avail, I had to back up and go around. I ended up stopping at the Dollar General down the street from the store and she followed me has me out and flipping me off wouldn’t trust her with anything of mine especially my food.
