Me and my coworkers just ordered lunch. I’ve always had a great experience with this Schlotzsky’s, but I don’t know who would look at this pizza and say this is appropriate to serve to customers, someone on staff clearly does not care. I’m appalled, lost my appetite, and now wasted money.

This place has a great lunch deal. I got the “Choose Two” deal for about $10. I got the Turkey Bacon Club with Tomato Soup and it was great. That’s a deal that’s hard to beat – especially with it being a good portion.
I don’t know what kind of bread the sandwich was, but it was amazing. The sandwich was very fresh and hot, as well as the tomato soup.
I’ll for sure be ordering from here again.

What happened? There were what appear to be clothing fibers on my flat bread. Cinnabon was not fresh. It was cold and stale and barely had any frosting. I used to love getting warm, delicious Cinnabons from here. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Disappointed and probably will not try again.

Hello the number on the receipt is disconnected!! I found the correct number then no one answers. Just letting you know on our order the fruit cup and a bag of chips was missing. Why can’t your guys check orders off the receipt.?? Your food is very good. Just too bad customer service isn’t the best.

I placed an online order!From the Watauga location off Rufe snow. Said my order would arrive around 11:15am. It never came. Yet it shows complete. Yet on my bank statement it shows another location charged me for the order! I want my money back! Called the Watauga location no one ever answered the phone. The other location acted like they didn’t have a clue as to what I was talking about! I want my money back!

So mad!!! Ordered & paid online, for convenience. Picked up on order at the drive thru. When I got back to my office, not only was my order completely wrong, wrong sandwich, wrong chips and the tea taste like it was made with the coffee maker. It was horrible. $15 dollars down the drain…never returning!

Grateful for this lunch spot!
Grew up enjoying the sourdough bread of Schlotzsky’s and have enjoyed bringing my own littles here recently. It’s a favorite of their grandparents, and the littles gobble up the pizza, which makes these outings extra pleasant and worth it!
Best yet, truly the staff. They are friendly, the environment is calm and clean and pleasant. You can come, eat, relax and enjoy- a sweet treat, too, afterwards if you’re hungry.
Definitely recommend, and look forward up coming again to try their churro dippers!

I have never had bad service at this store until today. I ordered 3 pick 2’s. One in particular was a corn beef on rye. I get to window and the lady reads my order back to me and was ready to take my payment. Conversation is as follows:
Me: it should be a corn beef on rye
Employee: corn beef?
Me: I show her the sandwich from there menu
Employee: we don’t have corn beef
Me: I guess just beef on rye
Employee: we don’t have beef
Me: then a pastrami on rye
Employee: we don’t have rye
At this point I’m thinking, you originally took an order of what you thought was beef and read it back to me without saying, we don’t have… so I said, a beef on regular bread. She said okay and took my payment. I’m now thinking, I thought you didn’t have beef. ♀️ with all my pick 2’s I got broccoli cheese soup. I get home and everyone opens to eat their soup and it’s cold and clumpy. No crackers, no spoons, no napkins. Schlotzskys is not cheap and we all only got to eat a half a sandwich for dinner and the sandwich’s were NOT made with care. I hate writing negative reviews, but when you spend a lot of money for food, get all the way home and receive a horrible meal it’s disappointing.
