Picked up a Greek salad with chicken during my lunch break. Salad was overall great, however, jalapeños were a bit soggy and the salad came with some unexpected extra protein.
After enjoying the majority of the salad, I got down to remaining remnants and realized there was a hitchhiker making its home among the lettuce.
A green insect had made its home in my lunch. Fortunately (or unfortunately), I had somehow navigated around the insect while eating. With how crunchy the lettuce was, there is actually no telling if I had just massacred this poor bugs entire family throughout the meal.
I called Schlotzsky’s and informed them of the misplaced visitor, and they provided a free batch of cinnamon rolls. I was informed that due to this information, that they are changing out the batch of lettuce currently being used. Needless to say however, I will be abstaining from salads for a while.

This was the first time me and my friend came here and we were curious about what it was like- when we walked in we immediately loved how the place smelled amazing, like fresh bread. LaShawna was our cashier and she was spectacular! She gave a thorough breakdown of the menu and even asked a bit on our preferences so she knew what to recommend to us. She also told me I could sit while ordering because I was getting lightheaded, and not a lot of places do that!! Her service was so good that we already decided this was a new favorite place. It’s quiet here and so nice, I can’t wait until next time!!

We had a great experience here. It’s a very clean Scholtzsky’s and we enjoyed the little touches to the decor to give it a cozy feel. The only downside is that we could only find one trash can at the very back of the shop.

Horrible experience. First my total was wrong. Then the GLUTEN FREE bun that I paid for was not gluten free. I have celiac disease, gluten free isnt just a fun choice for me. I did not figure out the bun was wrong until I got home and noticed its not my usual bun. I will be calling the store tomorrow to get this resolved and never returning to this location, as well as contacting corporate. Food allergies are serious and if I didn’t know what the gf bun looked like I would be in the hospital right now.
Edit:The owner reached out to me and has made it right. She is a very easy person to deal with and understood the gravity of the situation.

The only reason my family gets food from Schlotzsky’s is for the French dip. It seems they’ve replaced the au jus with soy sauce. The color and the taste are wrong. So I guess we’re not eating there anymore unless we hear something about it being fixed.

I arrived around 5:15, although I can’t recall exactly. The customer service and food were disappointing. I ordered four garlic breads but received only one, so I had to go back to get the rest. When I returned, they looked dry and old. I also ordered potato soup, but it was completely watered down with strange chunks inside. I’ve ordered it many times before, and the morning shift usually prepares it better than the current staff. I’m very disappointed. When I called, they only complained, saying it was toasted bread and that they couldn’t do anything about the staleness of it and the watered-down soup.

I have given this location 3 separate visits by their drive thru. The first time no chicken on my chicken salad, the second time the salad was horrible & today I got soup & salad, I asked for extra dressing & I received zero dressing. I told myself today I’d give them one last time & today was it. I will NEVER go back again. I suggest if you absolutely have to go there do it at your own risk & check your order before you leave. Extremely disappointing & TBH inexcusable.

In a previous life from Austin TX I was a frequent visitor to Schlotzsky’s, so when I heard they had opened one here in Norman OK, I was delighted to give it a try. I ordered a small original with drink and chips. The cashier was new and quoted me the wrong price. She had to get someone from the back to clear the order and start over. She gave me a number and in no time the order was brought to my table. The sandwich was just as I remembered back in Austin super delicious! The inside walls had OU banners but on one section they had pictures of Austin where Schlotzsky’s originated. Close to the look and feel of what I remember and the taste is spot on. Will come back for more and hopefully the cashier will have more experience.

I hate to call em’ out but I order pick up 3 or 4 times a month and i always ask for a pickle and i always get the same response…
Which is ” oh yeah for sure , it comes with the combo meal …
I know it does but I never get one !! I kid you not , the last 3 trips I have not gotten a single pickle…..
It’s not a complete sandwich unless I get the pickle ” that comes with the combo ” ..
I’m not gonna stop coming for a sandwich because of a missing pickle, but please either give me the pickle because it comes with it or please give it to me because I have asked for it … that’s all I ask ….
You make a great sandwich and your always super friendly to me so for that I am grateful..
Please dont lie to me next time and just toss a pickle spear in the to go back !!!
