I usually have a good time here, but service was extremely lackluster recently. Came in on a weekday for lunch, waited mutliple minutes to order as no one was at the counter, and they forgot to give me a drink cup. They also didn’t give me my cinnamon roll immediately, so I thought it was still cooking. Came up to the counter when I finished my pizza without receiving it, and it turns out they forgot that too! It was already prepared and in the display case the whole time! Also, they recently renovated the dining area. They don’t have fun seating options anymore, so it feels like a bland cafeteria, and no more Coke freestyle either… At least the food is better in person than delivery.

My daughter asked to get Schlotzsky’s pizza tonight. I was looking for a healthier option- so I ordered the Chicken Avocado salad. I was skeptical because I’ve never ordered a salad there before. I am so surprised by how good and fresh it is!! And it’s huge!!! I know it was made fresh because we had to wait a few minutes for our order. I’m impressed!

The food is SOOOOOO flavorful & delicious! The staff is so very polite & nice! Everytime!!!!! The food is always, always correct & fresh! Try the fiesta chicken sandwich on the jalapeño cheddar bread! It’s the best! All their bread is a “crispy/fluffy/chewy” texture in alllllll the right ways, as it always has been! Thank you, Schlotskys crew!!! ♡ I love coming here! (They have small, med/reg & giant sandwiches, too!) And a medium sandwich can definitely fill me up, but I love their menu items so much I definitely order more than I need to b/c it’s all sooooo good!!! Xoxo

Family of 5 ordering 5 combo meals for pickup. Everything was there, nothing missing…EXCEPT. I specifically asked him before I left, “Are the straws in here?”, he said, “Yes”. We get home…no straws. 5 different sandwiches and 5 different drinks (All different Cola products) & not one single label on the sandwiches or drinks. So we had to unwrap everything and start sampling all the drinks to figure out whos was whos…kinda of annoying. Please invest in some stickers or something to label this stuff. Thanks

I will definitely be back! The store was super clean, which is a huge plus. We took a bit of time deciding what we wanted to eat and the employees were just the best about that. They all were very kind. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious.

My son and I just went through the drive thru today (10/24 at 12:06pm, ). We had the best experience. I wish I knew the girls name, if there is some way for y’all to figure that out, please tell her she is an absolute ROCKSTAR! Multitasking skill is next level all while staying completely upbeat and happy. This hardworking mama is irreplaceable.

Waited in the drive through for like 5 minutes, no one answered. Walked in the store waited at the register for 7 minutes saw one person who just ignored me so then I called the store to see if they just didn’t notice me and no one answered the phone so I had to leave.

Went for lunch during a weekday, to dine in. There was no crowd and the restaurant was up-kept.
We ordered tomato bisque soup and a chicken salad. Had no issues with our order and food was good.
Only issue I had was the service as the front counter was a bit short in their answering of questions and then the soda machine was out of various drinks all at once. So that put a slight ding on my experience since I couldn’t pick my usually options (root beer or sprite).

Came for lunch. My sandwich took 30 minutes to be served. It wasn’t very busy. $13 for a small combo. I won’t be back and would recommend this place.
