Fast food at its finest. Bread good. Pizzas tasty and calzone was a pizza flipped into a sandwich with toppings added. Marinara was cold but once put on calzone that was hot and fresh it was warm with no problems. All food hot and fresh. However, couldn’t get our order right. 2 cheese pizzas turned into pepperoni and they forgot our Mac n cheese side. They made up for it with an upgraded size. Girls bathroom toilet leaking all over the floor, other than that it was very clean throughout.

Took too long to prepare the sandwich orders. There were customers waiting over 30 minutes for their fast food orders. Store associates got a few of the specifics of the orders wrong so they had to remake over and over. It seemed to be a problem with fulfilling mobile orders contemporaneously with dine in orders. This resulted in stagnating the line of waiting customers further. Store associates look like they don’t know what they are doing; it was sad. Many customers had frustrated looks on their faces and two requested their money back during my 35+ minute wait for my fast food order. The order waiting area was too congested; the dining area atmosphere was not pleasant due to the extremely unorganized chaotic food order prep. It wreaked of customer frustration and dissatisfaction. I ended up leaving since I was one of the customers to get refunded. Dear Franchise Owner, please make improvements to your store. Schlotzsky’s is a brand that I’ve enjoyed for over 28 years; my visit to your store today grossly obscured the brand and failed expected service quality associated with the Schlotzsky’s sandwich shop brand .

I had the half sandwich, half salad. I ordered the avacado turkey sandwich; bread was burned, had 2 pieces of turkey, no avacado, no mayo, mostly just lettuce. It was the driest sandwich I’ve ever tried to eat. My salad was 10/10 except for the “ranch” which was not ranch and not sure what it was. $13… won’t be back.

I want to give a huge thanks to an employee and the team in White Hall Arkansas. I went to them today last minute with a huge order for a very important meeting today. Hanna knew I put her in a tight situation wanting as much as I did in such little time. She made it happen. Her and her crew. I’m forever grateful. She was nice the entire time. Place is very clean, close to our hotel, and friendly service. The sandwich was great. One of the better Schlotzsky’s we have been to in our travels. We do not have this chain where we live so always happy to find one in our travels.

Got there about 15 mins before close. Tobias was manning the drive-thru. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Checked prices, showed me sizes, ALL with a smile on his face and a courteous attitude!! Food was hot and fresh. Great experience. Wish we had more Tobias’ in White Hall!

After patiently waiting for 8 minutes, we were finally able to place our order. However, the atmosphere inside the store was somewhat smoky, which was a bit of a turnoff. The food that we received was below our expectations – our center roll was at room temperature and lacked the freshness we were hoping for. We also noticed that there were only 4 employees present in the store. Despite the negatives, the only redeeming factor was the fountain drink, which tasted quite good.

I placed my order online so I would not have to wait like I did the last time. I still had to wait. The sandwich was ready but not the drink. I was informed that they were “out” of unsweetened tea. I do not drink sodas so I asked for a refund. One of the employees made a loud comment about if I was still waiting for my refund and that it was only $2. I informed her that it was almost $3 and I wasn’t go to pay for something I did not get. After about 15 minutes when they finally got someone to refund it, they did not refund the entire $2.79 + tax for the drink. Instead they only have me a partial refund of $2.30. Why was I basically charged for their error? I know why this business is empty. Too many employees, none of which know what they are doing. They were out of tea. pizza, calzones AND French dip. I love Schlotzsky”s but not this location!!! It will be a toss up if this location will stay open long. They need more experienced employees, not MORE employees!!
On a positive note….. the food was good. Just wish the service was too. That turns me off from wanting to go back.
