Food was abysmal and not made correctly. They also handed me a promotional discount and refused to honor their own pamphlet and took them back and will be reporting to the consumer reporting agency for fraud. Would not come again, go to Mccalisters it’s better food, better ambience.

Staff was not helpful and the place was gross. Tables were all not clean had to clean one off for myself. Got my pizza and it was still cold. When I asked if it could be re heated or put through the stove again she acted like it was a problem this was about 245 in the afternoon. Despite no one else in the drive thru at 1:00pm, twenty minutes to get our order. Order include the wrong salad and the wrong sandwich. They forgot our bag of chips. But the worst party was the visible mold on all of the grapes. Disgusting.

When we visited, they were short staffed. The 2 ladies that were running the place were working their butts off to keep up. It took a little longer to get our food, but it was totally understandable.

We came in about 30 minutes prior to close. A couple were leaving with their order as we entered the building. The employee at the counter didn’t even acknowledge us, he walked to the back and spoke to the staff in the back for several minutes before acknowledging us. We placed our order, repeating it a several times before he understood it. The order had no special requests so I’m not sure what the issue was. When we picked up the order an item was left off. I pointed it out to the young man who rang up the order, he gave us the item and then became rude because he hadn’t included it on our ticket.
He made a snide comment about giving us the item we had ordered that we “didn’t pay for”.
I’m not sure what is difficult about getting an order right when it was repeated several times. There were no special requests.

My family and I were walking up to the doors at 7:51pm when they close at 8, and a worker from inside comes up and locks the doors right in front of us. He didn’t even open the doors and say anything, just locked them and walked away. We go through the drive thru that closes at 9 and order medium meals. The worker said they’re out of medium drinks and will give us smalls. We ask if we can pay for small drinks then…because in the past they have just charged us for medium drinks, regardless if they’re giving us smalls. He says “I guess I can give you a discount”, when we should have been getting one anyway, and not getting up charged for something we’re not even getting. Then we get our food and drinks, head home, and our drinks are a little over halfway filled. The workers tonight (9/19) seemed careless and ignorant. Weren’t friendly from the start. There needs to be a higher up there at all times, making sure these boys are following protocol and being respectful of the customers.

Unbelievable! Veggie sandwich – couple paper thin tomatoes and lettuce, nothing else. I think it was around $8. I’ve lived in Texas and Colorado and love schlotzskys but seems every time I go to this one in salina i am disappointed.
