They have good food, but so do darn slow. They are not even busy and we have sat here forever waiting for two items. Way way too slow. 12-1-2025. Greenwich, Wichita, Ks.

The staff was courteous and made our sandwiches perfect. We have always enjoyed Schlotzsky’s for over 30 years. It was worrisome to see no exterior lights on and a dark parking lot at 7:30PM. This, along with the chairs being up from a floor mopping, will drive away customers. We understand daylight savings, but please fix your lights.

Back for more Schlotzsky’s. The Original can’t be beat if you want a sourdough sandwich. It’s the bread that makes Schlotzsky’s, Schlotzsky’s. Did you know they use it in their pizzas? Better go try one. Mine was delicious. The staff did well and our meal came out swiftly. Good job.

I wish I’d taken more photos. For a fast food place, this location was average for cleanliness. The sandwiches are little pricey or maybe I’m just a little frugal. They are good sanwiches though and I appreciate they’re made fresh. Parking was ample and so was seating for dining in though their drive thru seemed super busy. It was good experience.

First time eating at Schlotzskys. I ordered the Turkey Bacon Club. They seem to have a special house made bread for their sandwiches, but that’s where the excitement ends. There were two tiny pieces of bacon. So little that I never tasted them. And no, I don’t have Covid. The bread had a good flavor but the meat on the sandwich was basic lunch meat that you would get from the grocery store. It was like warm. I was excited to see a good portion of meat on the sandwich but it ended up not being a good thing because it had no flavor and was just kinda slimy like typical lunch meat. If they would use fresh cut meats like jersey Mikes this would be a killer sandwich and the drive through line might be wrapped around the building like Chic-fil-a. Let’s not even talk about the “special sauce” that was supposed to be on the sandwich. Either they forgot to put it on my sandwich or it’s just the miracle whip mayo that they use. Over all I was disappointed. They scraped by with 3 stars from me because of the good house made bread.

Great as always, I have not been let down with there quality at any of there locations. Original Deluxe and a Original with a little Vinaigrette Dressing. This location has to be the best in town. Incredible service, well trained employees, extremely clean. Will definitely be back soon.

Arrived for dinner at almost 6. Stood without being greeted or even acknowledged for about 4 min. No one told us to wait or anything. At one point an employee walked past us with out saying a thing. We left. Not sure if this is a new way of approaching customer service but we are not fans.

Probably the worst food I’ve ever gotten from schlotzsky’s. I feel like it doesn’t even taste the same. The meat seemed kind of slimy or something like if it was the cheap stuff from the grocery store. For almost $10 a sandwich that’s ridiculous. I couldn’t even finish my food. It was so disgusting. The girl working the drive-thru is super nice so this bad review is not about her or the staff. It’s about the quality.

This place has absolutely gone to the dogs. I have come in twice in the last month. The first time I stood at the register for 5 minutes and not a single solitary person acknowledged me. I walked out without ordering. I was talked into going back today and was on my way out the door after 5 FIVE different people looked at us and said not a single word even in greeting. The food still good but the females in they’re absolutely make it not worth going.

Calzone was great but really huge and it’s so expensive. $11 and the price isn’t posted. I took half for later. Chips and drink should come with it for that price. 🙁

The sandwiches are amazing. I love them, but it’s the only thing I’d order from here. Everything else is overpriced and just not worth it.
The inside is always a bit… sticky. So stick with the drive-through if you can.
