Very nice employees. The pizza was pretty good but would have been better if we had eaten there. The cinnabon was AMAZING! They even gave us complimentary cookies. We’ll be back to eat there next time.

The bread… it’s crispy and soft chewy. It’s so good. The sandwiches are huge and filled with fresh toppings and toasted to perfection.
Honestly we were glad we decided to eat inside. Comfortable, clean and spacious seating area.
We were greeted upon arrival and thanked as we left. I appreciated being appreciated.

I’m giving 4 stars because the service was good. The gal was super friendly, and helped us with an extra plate to share food with our child. The food was ok, the bread was a little dry, but otherwise tasted pretty good. Nothing special about the dining area, by it was clean -so that’s a plus!

We time to time have Schlotzsky’s delivered to my work for lunch and since the sandwiches always make me sick after eating them I absolutely love the pepperoni flatbread! I recently only had a 20 minute lunch so had lunch delivered and I did the pick two online. 3 and 1 tiny piece was what I got…in a large enough box to fit a full. Since I had it delivered I paid double the price for fee and driver tip. Not doing it again!

Came through the drive- The Hispanic kid working at the drive-through kept trying to rush me through the process of ordering food. I couldn’t even say what I wanted without him, interrupting me. When I got up to the window, I explained to him it’s kind of rude to keep interrupting and rush people through the drive-through his comment was “why”. Got my food only to realize that because I had called him out he gave me salt and vinegar chips and my sandwich was the worst sandwich I’ve ever ordered from Schlotzsky’s old bread smashed and then of course the salt and vinegar chips. I’m just pissed at Schlotzsky’s and this kid working in the drive-through. Whatever happened to customer service

I ordered a salad, they where out of bread sticks, the young lady that brought me my salad asked if I would like her to make some, but told her it was ok. She did make them and also brought us a couple of complimentry cookies for the inconvenience. She was very respectful and sweet. I give her a five ⭐!

Placed an online order as my kid was headed in that direction and headed back home. Missing my two cinnabons . Sunday night, last thing I felt like doing was to drive back. By the time I got there and back home, my food is already cold. I regret ordering because it has now taken longer to get my stuff right. The cheddar broccoli soup, the cup is barely filled halfway, a reheated sandwich doesn’t taste right. Could someone there please make sure to check their online orders to avoid all the hassle? Like, really, I would have been better off and less expensive to just cook something at home.

Waited a long time in the drive thru. This place is BUSY! The Double Original was absolutely delicious! The Broccoli Cheese soup was decent. Not great, but good. I will definitely be back!
