My husband is a huge fan of Schlotzsky’s sandwiches, so for his birthday weekend, we made the drive from Detroit to Ohio just to enjoy one. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Iran (I hope I’m spelling that right), and the service from start to finish was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, and offered helpful suggestions with such a positive attitude. He made sure our order was just right and treated us with genuine care and appreciation. His service truly made our hour-and-a-half trip worth it! And, of course, the sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Thank you for such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Amazing food. Just like you remember it. Service is great. Plenty of space. Very clean. Managed very well. We look forward to passing through and stopping. We even took two sandwiches home. They will give it to you disassembled so it stays fresh. Then warm up the bread and meat in your oven add mustard and enjoy!

This is easily one of the worst food service experiences I’ve ever had, both in terms of value and quality. Yesterday’s chicken Caesar salad was incredibly skimpy on the chicken, and today’s workplace lunch was cold and disappointing despite being free.
But the absolute worst was the pizza. I’ve eaten pizza in countless places worldwide, and this is by far the worst. The dough is more like bread, and the toppings are a disgrace. The photo clearly shows a pizza overwhelmed by sauce with barely any cheese and a paltry amount of pepperoni(super thinly sliced 10.5pcs) It’s simply unacceptable. Their tiny little worthless sandwiches also had left me speechless, smoked turkey and Swiss, veggie with provolone, roast beef provolone that i tried none of them worth any penny.

While the food itself is good, I wasn’t fond of the spongy type bread, the portion of meat & cheese could’ve been better. The mac and cheese was good, pretty much Bob Evans the portion to cost ratio is absurd. I got a notification for 50% of Mac & cheese so I decided to try it and ordered the family size for my 2 kids and myself to go with dinner I was making, original price $12.19, so after taxes I paid just under $7 (not worth even that). The container was smaller than my hand and I have small ones lol, go but the bob Evans regular size for $4 you get 4oz more for way less then add your own shredded cheese on top.

Once in a while, you just want a sandwich. This fits the bill. Mom also got soup. It was okay and the wait wasn’t overly long. The portions for soup and salad were very generous. This place was conveniently next door to our hotel and appears to have a lot of parking.

I love Schlotzsky’s so much, and was happy to be driving past one on our trip. The lady at the counter was super nice! The restaurant and their bathroom were clean and stylish. The sandwich did not disappoint me, and was exactly what I was craving!

We are staying at the hotel next door and figured we would just walk here. Glad we did. The food was fresh and had amazing flavor. I had the deluxe and it was a huge sandwich. Made us a fan, we will return whenever we see a Schlotzsky’s.

Love this place. The sandwiches are unique and delicious. The staff and amazing and fast, and the price is ok. Would go here a lot if I were in town more often.
