My wife and I love Schlotsky’s, but not every location lives up to our expectations. This one absolutely did. The bread was fresh, which isn’t always the case elsewhere. The food was spot on, the service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean from front to back. This visit easily earned a five star rating. Well worth the stop on our trip to Detroit for the Thanksgiving holiday.

This is my first time visiting Schlotzsky’s. It is absolutely a great sandwich brand. Service was fast and WiFi was provided. The room was clean and lovely. The original tasted decent with abundant meat and well-baked bread. This place also had Cinnabon rolls. Thank them for giving me a great break from a long drive.

I haven’t eaten here in years and today I asked myself why?? I went with a friend and the Reuben sandwich was divided in two and still very big. Delicious, warm crusty sourdough bread, pastrami, sour kraut rounded out to a perfect sandwich. The broccoli cheese soup was the best I’ve tasted and we shared a cinnabon roll, warm and delicious. I can’t wait to go back.

We don’t have a Schlotzky’s where we live, so this was a nice treat. Staff was so nice, and the food was fresh. My son got a cinnamon roll that they heated up for him.

The style of this place!!! Where do I start, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very chill and welcoming. It’s as if Firehouse and Jersey Mike’s had a baby. The service is great and very friendly! The food is some of the best I’ve had for sandwiches, and there is so much to choose from even for the picky eaters that don’t like alot on there sandwiches. The have classics and they have some with there own spin on it. Today I had a grilled cheese with smoked turkey and ham. And my grandad had a bacon turkey club sandwich both on jalapeño cheese bread.
To end the review off I will say that this place has really surprised me cause I’m not big on sandwiches shops. This place needs to be recognized more because WOW!

Came here for lunch. I’ve never ate here before so I really didn’t know what was good. Im not sure if the lady helping me was just having a rough day but she wasn’t the most helpful. I try to always be as nice as possible to folks. Just was hoping for better service. Food was good but staff just all look like they hate their lives. Nobody is forcing u to work there . Also asked for jalapeño bread and got sour dough. Didn’t feel like going back in and asking for what I ordered. Didn’t wanna deal with them anymore. Don’t recommend bc of the service and lack of.

I ordered online and walked in to pick up the order. When I returned to my office on the other side of town, this is what I had. Chicken Avocado Cobb that looked like it was dropped on the floor 2 days ago. They avocado and most of the lettuce was brown. The cucumbers were clear. When I called they were very quick to offer to refund my money or make another salad but on you lunch hour that is not an option. Very disappointed.
