Popped in between appointments with limited time. Several people ahead of us. A very friendly lady took our order and within a few minutes the food was ready. Our sandwiches, the Fiestas, were delicious, and bread was warm and seasoned wonderfully. Perfect meal for a quick lunch! Absolutely will return. Even the manager took time to say hello!

We had the worst experience and will not be returning. First problem was trying to order on the app and the promo wouldn’t work. Had to go into store to ask employee about issue with app. He said it was not working. I asked how to get the promo then and was told we could not. Then wanted to place an order but the guy running the register was more interested in playing with the wrapper on the drink cups. He would not even acknowledge us. I would have walked out at that point but promised a family member a pizza. Finally got to place the order. When it was ready we were never called. It just sat at the window. I happened to see it sitting so I asked an employee about it. Had to show my receipt and was told that wasn’t it. We had to wait again only to find out that was our order. We only ordered the one pizza due to problems we decided the rest of us would order from somewhere else. I did contact corporate office about our visit and waiting on response.

Love some Schlotzsky’s! Great tasting sandwiches with a decent amount of meat. A bit pricey, but I say it’s worth it. Their Pastrami is delicious. Plus, they have some new wraps that look amazing. Just go.

To say that my expectations for Schlotzsky’s, would be an understatement. I grew up eating at the original. I have been to many since leaving Austin and have been consistently disappointed. Not today! This location brought back my childhood memories of eating a regular original with my Grandpa. The service was great and the food was perfect. We will be returning.

Unfriendly staff, waited forever for my to go sandwich. Opened my food in the car. The bread was SO HARD I couldn’t even eat it. Returned sandwich for a refund since they didn’t have any fresh bread. Don’t waste your time! Run!

Great sandwich shop located near Gainesville Square. Clean, well ran establishment. I always get the original on sourdough bread, it’s very flavorful with hot sauce on top. Outdoor seating available, that does have shade

Let me start by saying I have been to this location uncountable times over the last 15 years. I always get the same thing. Turkey bacon club. My family stopped in today for lunch and my sandwich was just awful. I didn’t say anything just ate my chips. I am guessing the owner came by and asked how our food was. I said all was good but mine was not and it’s typically always great. He said well I’m sorry to hear that That is it. Never offered to remake the sandwich or anything. I was nice about it but apparently he thought it was my fault the sandwich was awful. Anyway we will never visit this location again. They obviously do not value their customers.

I just want the owners to know they are losing money. Came before 6:45 door was locked, open sign was on and the girl inside wouldn’t even look at us. Two more cars pulled up wanting to order as well. Bad employees are losing you money.
