Sign on door says hours are 10 AM -10 PM. I got there at 10 AM and door was locked. Seen the worker in there. Waited untill they finally unlocked the door at 11 am. Food was ok but they need to change their hours. They lost 9 customers that didn’t wait like we did. They are also offering free cookies for good reviews. Do a better job and you will naturally get better reviews.

Not a bad spot. Kinda pricey but isn’t everything nowadays? I was thinking double meat might be too much but I wish I’d a stepped up. I felt like my sandwich could’ve had more meat .
Anyway, I’d do it again. With double meat.

So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa.

The food is Great! There’s something about the bread they use. Yummy. The employees were friendly and acknowledged us when we walked in, that was nice after being stuck in a car traveling for a couple hours.

We were excited to see Schlotzky’s, as it is an old favorite. The place looked fairly new, however, I ordered a turkey original with mustard and jalapeno cheese bread. There was SO much mustard on it, the sandwich just tasted like mustard. Also, got regular sourdough that was toasted to a hockey puck. My bf ordered tomato basil soup and a sandwich. After we paid, were informed no tomato basil soup. He declined a different soup/alternate side. Instead of just refunding us, they opened a new bag and microwaved it. Surprisingly that was the best part of the meal. His sandwich meat was cold and all around disappointing. We even had to wait by the counter 10 minutes before Ordering due to the cashier putting together to go orders. Our mouths were watering for our delicious sandwiches and we were willing to over look this poor customer service. This is not the Schlotzky’s of old! Don’t waste your time or money.

Stopped in here after filling up on gas. Expected a quick in/out, but that didn’t happen. When I went to order, the employee said they were working on a big order, and it would be 10-15 minutes for my order to come out. I said that was fine. I got it after 30 minutes and believe that it would have been longer if I hadn’t gone up to the counter to inquire where it was. Some people that came after me got their orders (or part of them) before mine came out. The employee even had to check my receipt as to what I ordered before going back to the kitchen, saying it was being made. When the employee did bring out my sandwich to the table, I didn’t even get an apology as to the delay.
There were a number of other people that seemed to wait an excessive amount of time after ordering (by the looks of frustration on their faces). One group of 3 had 2 of their sandwiches come out, but the 3rd waited another 10 minutes for her salad to come (after she inquired where it was).
I ordered a medium hot ham and cheese without olives or tomato. Tasted “ok,” but didn’t have much ham on it, certainly not like it’s pictured.

Clean! Great Service! EZ On & Off freeway! Fresh! Variety of food. They have Schlotzsky’s, Huddle House, Pizza and gas all in one location. I will return again when Road Tripping. Appeared to be a relatively new establishment fully equipped to serve travelers, delivery, and I presume locals.

First Visit — and I’m Seriously Impressed!

Just tried Schlotzsky’s for the very first time today, and I can confidently say this place blew me away. I ordered the Chicken Club Flatbread, a Side Caesar Salad, and a Dr. Pepper, which came out to about $22.65 — and it was worth every single penny.

The flatbread was absolutely amazing. I’m talking next-level good. The way the grilled chicken, peppers, and chipotle mayo all blended together was pure perfection. Every bite had that perfect balance of smoky, spicy, and savory flavor, and the thin flatbread itself had just the right amount of crispness — light and crunchy on the edges but soft enough to enjoy without falling apart. You can tell they care about what they’re serving here.

The Caesar salad was also fresh and full of flavor — crisp lettuce, crunchy croutons, creamy dressing, and everything chilled just right. It was the perfect side to go with the flatbread, and it really tied the meal together. Even the Dr. Pepper was spot-on: cold, fizzy, and refreshing.

On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. My host, Deepali, deserves a big shoutout — super friendly, helpful, respectful, and made me feel welcome right away. My food came out fast, hot, and fresh, and I could tell the kitchen was on point.

Overall, this was a 5/5 stars, 10/10 experience. Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was perfect for a first visit. I’m definitely coming back soon to try more of the menu — this might just become one of my new go-to spots.

We haven’t eaten at a Schlotzsky’s in years, and we were excited to find this one. The sandwiches were OK. The food is not as good as I remembered it being. I had the Turkey/Bacon sandwich. The bacon was there, but I couldn’t even taste it.

Friendly staff. Service was a bit slow. We had to wait about 10 minutes for our food after ordering. There is a drive up window. Also, you can download an app and pre-order your meal.

The prices are NOT on the board. You have to ask what the price is for a given item. For three sandwiches (one small, two mediums), we paid over $28. No drinks or meal deals. A bit pricey, we thought.

Easy to find. Right off Interstate 75. Located beside the Shell station.

I doubt we will be a returning customer.
