To bad you cant do negative stars this is what my mac looks like when it was delivered to me. and all they can tell me is that it only comes with noodles and cheese well yea what do you think mac and cheese is made of. so this is apparently $6 plus tax. Yea never again will i order form this company. then you get people on the phone that don’t even understand what you are saying to them. I DO NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO GO HERE. IT IS DEFERENTIALLY NOT WORTH THE MONEY YOU PAY and they sure can’t fix a problem.

It’s been years since I ate here and it used to be my favorite fast food place. We waited over 20 minutes this evening around 6:30 in the drive-thru for 3 sandwiches and as we drive away I noticed no chips. Didn’t the chips used to come with the sandwich? I suppose only 2 were working so it’s possible that employees called off. Sandwich still as good as ever so that part…4 stars…service 2 stars….pricey food though.

Really I would say this has gotten better. When the new management took over we weren’t very pleased with the food. It just seemed different. I can say now it is close to where it was, however the bread still isn’t quite the same. It’s crispy on the outside but the inside is crumbly. Maybe needs to be more fresh.

I work down the road and have been eating here for years. Service is always hit and miss but today it was atrocious. I ordered my meal sat down in an empty lobby and was completely forgotten about. I waited almost 40 mins before I decided to ask about my food the lady almost forgot I even ordered! They offered me a free brownie for my inconvenience but declined. For the price of a sandwiches higher quality service should be expected.

As always, the place was full of the smell of awesome sandwiches! The guy at the register was really nice. We ordered our food to eat there. Since I am still recovering from having surgery, my pain became worse, so my husband asked for them to make our sandwiches to go. After I had gone out to the car to wait, the guy asked my husband if there was anything wrong, thinking that there was something wrong with the service or restaurant. My husband explained to him that I was recovering from surgery. He understood and wished me well. I absolutely love this place and the food!

I love this place, I’ve been coming here for years. When I lived in another state as a teenager my mother worked at one of these for a shirt time to raise extra cash for my baseball traveling team. So this place will always hold a special place in my heart. I eat here at least once a week. Management changes and people that you see throughout the years have changed a lot. The newest seem to be geared towards profit which is any business best interest. Your sandwiches are going to be skimpy here do you ask for extra onions you’re going to get like one sliver of onion you want extra pickle you will get one little pickle extra. But this is not the reason for my rating I can understand that and I keep coming back. Whoever the lady is that runs the window the older blonde-grey haired lady is the most rude person I’ve ever met in my life!!!!!! I have never seen somebody yell or treat people with such disrespect before in my life. I don’t know if she owns the place or what but she acts like the customers owe her something. Based on this experience I will never take my business my company’s business or my family’s business there ever again if I see this lady there. This stinks cause the food is great, and my wife really enjoys the Rubens

The food was great! I had the original sandwich. It was a large sized sandwich. It was fresh and perfectly toasted. The reason this place is getting 3 stars is because of the restaurant itself. The place is in bad shape. Buckets were set around to catch the leaks from the roof. Some buckets were on the countertop. It had a stale, wet smell. The bathroom was very dirty. Make the repairs you need! What are you waiting for? This should be a great place. The employees were friendly and helpful. Give them a place to be proud of.

The food is PHENOMENAL!! If you haven’t tried it yet it is a MUST! The turkey bacon club is the best club sandwich on Earth! Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays and the only location is on Rivers in N. CHARLESTON, definitely worth the drive!

This might be the most under rated fast food restaurant around! Absolutely love their options top to bottom. Go out of my way to come here. The FOOD IS AWESOME!!! NEVER DISAPPOINTED! I can litterally get something new every time I come and Im never dissatisfied in anyway almost everything is good.
