Everyone says they go here and have a pleasant experience. However, all the employees that are at work each visit are not rude, but definitely lean to not caring. The last two times he went was the same. They don’t seem to smile or being interested in serving and helping customers. My husband went to get donuts for the third time from here. They may be the only game in town but they have some non-caring employees. The eclairs are a day old and you can tell they are. The only fresh part was the cream, the chocolate icing was old as well. Don’t know who makes these but need to step up and serve fresh donuts daily. Let employees eat the day old donuts. I have never been so disappointed and we just recently moved here. I worked for a donut shop where we moved from, so I do understand how it works and how the donuts are made. When it comes to the employees, if they don’t like where they work find another job!

Call me a fan. As a connoisseur of jelly filled, they deliver with a variety rarely seen. Apple. Cherry. Raspberry. Lemon. Probably a few others. Of course they have the standards as well and I enjoyed them. Well priced. Not greasy. Very flavorful. Star donut of the southern donut tour. You deserve a donut. From scarlet.

We did inventory at the store next door and we walked into Scarlets this morning and the smell took us away we wanted to try everything on the menu the ladies were very welcoming and sweet like the pastries it was so good we went back on lunch for the tamales omg chefs kiss ..we will be back thanks ladies yall should try it ..

Found Scarlett’s Donuts as we were traveling south and wanted to find a bakery for a treat. The breakfast sandwich on their homemade bun was delicious as was the biscuit breakfast sandwich. We took a variety of donuts with us which were all good but the maple bacon donut was the best donut we have ever had! Wish we lived closer.

I always enjoy the donuts they seem friendly but I use the drive thru and only interact with them for probably 2 minutes if that long. go early to get chicken sandwiches but after a certain time 10 am I think donuts are priced lower. 1/2 price I think.

What a great donut shop! The staff is friendly and the donuts are some of the best we have ever had! If you’re in New Albany you have to stop by! They have a great selection, and the prices are great! My daughter loved the fruity pebbles donut, my wife is a fan of the strawberry icing, and me and my son, well we love them all! You have to try all 3 blueberry! One is a cake, one is filled, and the other has blueberry icing. You will not be disappointed! Enjoy your donuts!
