The Scarfalloto’s Traditional Special pizza is by far the best pizza I’ve had in the Honesdale/ Wayne County Area. Alot of flavors that blend well together. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys a good Supreme style pizza. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you to those who made our pizza. You did an amazing job and please don’t stop what you are doing.

Scarfalloto’s has a nice small-town feel, and the service was friendly. The food overall was decent, but not outstanding. The pizza products were definitely the highlight and much better than the other menu items we tried. Unfortunately, the chicken was a bit dry, which was disappointing. That said, it’s still a convenient spot in Honesdale and worth checking out if you’re in the mood for pizza.

Lots of mediocre reviews, but for the area, their food is better than average, and about what youd expect from a diner in general. Nice looking spot, food comes out quickly, and theres a train that the kids like to watch.

I was brave enough to get the stuffed flounder. I would’ve licked the plate clean if our table wasnt already a spectacle because of multiple spilled drinks. While not the quality of a seashore seafood restaurant, it exceeded my expectations and I am happy to report that I did not get sick. One of the kids got a quesadilla that was huge and looked very good.

Really great diner with excellent service and a bit of a fun atmosphere. There’s a cool train along the edges of the ceiling that travels around the restaurant while you eat. I had a smash burger and it was delightful. Quite large portions so I had extra to take home with me. Sweet potato fries are also a delicious choice. I came here on a recommendation from a local and enjoyed it!!

Cool little diner that seems like 90% Italian pizzeria and 10% diner. They have a full breakfast menu that includes eggs, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. We ordered breakfast sandwiches but they didn’t include homefries or any side, that was separate. Any diner I’ve been to, includes a side. The pork roll was paper thin and cost $6 for 3 slices! My husband said the meat to roll ratio of his sandwich was terrible and it did look pretty thin to me. My sausage egg and cheese bagel was fine though and the home fries were crispy but could have used some salt and pepper for taste. The decor and the service of the restaurant and employees was worth the 5 stars.

A diner/restaurant, you’ll never go hungry here. We had breakfast and couldn’t finish it. Took a baggie home! The food was tremendous. Service excellent! Homemade soups for lunch. Dinner: meals, pizza, Italian dishes. We would definitely return to this establishment!! 5-Stars!!

This was my first time visiting Scarfalloto’s Towne House Diner, and I was really impressed! We sat in the screened-in porch, which was a great spot to enjoy our meal and watch the buzz of Main Street. You can hear the street, but it’s not overwhelming — it actually adds to the atmosphere.

We visited right around noon and it was busy, but the service was quick and the food came out fast. We had a pizza, two hamburgers, and even pancakes — everything was fresh and delicious. Friendly staff, clean environment, and a cozy small-town feel. I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and American cheese (medium well) platter with cheese fries (cheese sauce on side) to go…i checked it in parking lot and there was no cheese or bacon on it…I took it immediately back inside and the cook said I ordered my bacon cheese burger with the cheese on the side…no explanation why there was no bacon…got all the way home (25 minute drive) and the burger was totally raw in the middle no where near medium well…I am very disappointed as I was told it was good eats…this wasn’t a good look for a first time customer

We stopped by Scarfalloto’s Towne House Diner for a casual meal and left feeling genuinely pleased. This family-owned diner on Main Street has been serving locals for over 40 years.

The space has that classic diner comfort—cozy booths, a full breakfast menu offered all day, and even Neapolitan-style pizzas which were a pleasant surprise.

The service was friendly and relaxed, and the pace felt unhurried (perfect for our group). The food hit just the right note of hearty and familiar—ideal for a laid-back outing in town. If you’re in downtown Honesdale and want a comfortable, no-frills meal that the community clearly supports, Scarfalloto’s is worth a stop.
