For being very busy I was able to get a table for two within five or so minutes of arriving without a reservation. Even though the wait staff and cooks were busy our food arrived in a reasonable time. Both meals were delicious and wait staff was quick to refill water and be around if we needed anything.

Only thing I was impressed with was the service. Everyone in the place was hands on service. My manicotti was cold, did not taste like I thought it would be for their reputation.Sauce was spicier than I like,.but made up for the brick hard,cold cheese in the middle. The veggie side dish was horrible. We couldn’t eat it. Bread served was bland and the side oil didn’t make it better. The shrimp appetizer was the best part of the meal. I loved the blue cheese crumbles on top. Tomato/ mozzarella salad was nothing to chat about, could of used some balsamic vinegar.
The canolli was great, most filling are usually tasteless,.but this filling was very tasty.
Overall, I have had much better Italian food across the country.

This place is wonderful. Good mix of affordable classics and higher price specialty items. Tiramasu was wonderful. Meatballs were great. Stuffed mushrooms. Bolognese was great. Spaghetti sauce itself was eh. But otherwise, wonderful. This place operates like a smooth oiled machine. Staff were all helpful and supportive of each other. Definitely recommend.

Just went there today 3/7/26. Just the better half and myself. We were greeted by the hostess and was taken to our table and was told who was taking care of us.
Well let me tell you we had Helen and what a WONDERFUL server. Never rushed us through a course and was very attentive.

We both ate lasagna which was OK. but not special. A salad costs extra but they do offer a ½ salad which was good. They offered free sourdough bread with olive oil on the side. Scali’s had a large list of desserts but I felt they were a bit expensive. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The food here is amazing. They should have more than 5 stars. Everything is made to order and wow is it great. They also have the specials menu that pairs up wine with the meal which takes out the guess work for us non wine experts. 10/10 recommend this is the best Italian I’ve had in the US.

We had dinner at Scali in Reynoldsburg last night, and it was absolutely amazing! The food and service were both top-notch. It’s a charming old-school Italian restaurant that’s been open for over 32 years — you can really feel the history and care in every detail.
The new owner, Stephanie, has worked there for 19 years and now carries on the tradition beautifully after the original owner retired. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the warm atmosphere and delicious food.
Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and authentically Italian. Highly recommend this local gem if you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality!

I very rarely give anything a full 5 star review but this restaurant deserves it. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! The hostess was so kind and food was fresh and delicious. I’ve had bruschetta at many restaurants but this was by far the best. I even ordered some to go and the chef kindly separated the tomatoes and bread without my asking. The peasant tortellini was phenomenal! Every waiter and waitress kept our waters full and we never once felt out of place. Everyone was very professional and kind. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Scali.

We sat at the bar in front of the kitchen. My foodie husband wad enthralled (as was i) by the seemingly effortless teamwork!
The food was absolutely wonderful. Only 2 times on my life have I had Alfredo nearly as good as my husband’s…this was one of them.
I highly recommend this place. We get to Ohio once a year-we’ll definitely be back next year!
