I saw someone post about this place on Instagram. I was given a meal plan to follow and “Protein” was the main macro. My wife suggested their meals after eating them through her work.

I heard of this place from the gym so I decided to stop. I loved it and the food was so good my grandson who is a very picker eater loved the tuna casserole. Only thing I wish hours were more convenient. With my work hours the only day I would be able to go is Saturday meaning I would have to drive 60 miles round-trip just to come to this store in sedalia. Maybe consider opening one day during week at 8 or 9. Another thing was I never seen any salads. Would like to have had a salad option. I will for sure be a returning customer
