Great atmosphere, plenty of parking spaces, and great service. But the food left a lot to desire. The burger meat was bland. No seasoning at all. Good size, but no taste. Fries were excellent. Reasonable prices.

The defining characteristics of this place are its amiable staff and exceptional location. Nestled in the heart of downtown Milford, it boasts convenient parking and an inviting, heated outdoor space, perfect for the early March chill. The views of the pond, waterfall, and tower add a scenic touch, making it a beloved hometown favorite that truly lives up to its reputation. This establishment is more than just a place for drinks; it’s an ideal venue for socializing in a pleasant, moderate-volume atmosphere, offering sports viewing if desired, but primarily celebrated for its delightful dining experience amidst picturesque surroundings. It stands out not just as a brewery but is renowned for both its culinary delights and inviting ambiance.
The comfort food here epitomizes warmth and satisfaction, with traditional bar favorites served in a charming environment and often given a unique twist. The pretzels, exceptionally prepared, come with a creative dip that tantalizes the taste buds, compelling one to indulge further. The nachos, a consistent favorite among us, and the burgers and fries leave nothing to be desired, each dish encapsulating the soul of classic pub cuisine.
Visiting this place is a reliable choice for a casual dinner with our family or a relaxed evening out with friends, ensuring a gratifying experience every time.

We love local places and when the hotel recommended SBC we were not disappointed! The Lobster Mac was incredible, Truffle fries and Perogies were just as good for our starters! Our server, Bailey was amazing! She was very attentive and had great suggestions on beer and cocktails. Overall everything was very good! We will definitely be coming back the next time we pass through! *My husband loved the beer so much we went to buy some 4 packs down the road*

On A Positive Note: Everything was perfect! The greeting, the service, the blackberry margarita and the food.
This is my first time here. I scanned the menu last night and decided on the scallops. The dish did not disappoint. The noodles and the scallops were cooked to perfection. The tomatoes were nice and ripe. The sauce was perfect for me- very light and not salty.
The Verdict: The scallop dish is a must try. Gabriella was an attentive server. I enjoyed my dining experience.

It took an hour and ten minutes to get the food…Had the fish it was good: but, the fries were oily and soggy. Not good at all. Nacho’s was good. Need light music in the background

Absolutely great service. Professional, friendly with just the right touch off SAS.
I ordered the Figgy chicken with truffle fries while my partner had the shrimp stir fry. Unfortunately there was a load of grease on the truffle fries and the shrimp stir fry was soupy and salty.. we didn’t let that ruin the night as this is just a review guys.
Our server Alyssa was awesome. Good job taking orders, being assertive and suggestive with the menu.
All around a good experience tonight. I’ll be back again .

Great experience for our first time here! Great service and food was amazing. We had apps and entrees and drinks. They were super busy – we went on St Patrick’s Day – but no wait time! Very happy and will definitely be back.

We had the Figgy Chicken and a hamburger. The Figgy Chicken was grilled chicken, fig jam, onions and goat cheese on a ciabatta roll. I love the goat cheese and fig jam combination. I rated it three stars because it was a little too sweet. A tad less fig jam and it would have been great. The amount of fig jam overpowered the rest of the ingredients. The service was great. They started out telling us that they were short staffed and that the service was going to be slow. But they actually hustled and provided quick service. I didn’t give them more stars because I asked for dairy free options for my hamburger and was only told as the food was coming out that the bun and fries had dairy. So I just had a hamburger with lettuce and tomato on a plate. I would have ordered something else if I had the opportunity.
The atmosphere was fun. There were a lot of people there. Our drinks came quickly, the music was just right so we could talk.
