SBC has truly mastered the art of crafting delightful culinary experience that perfectly complements their impressive range of craft beers. On my recent visit, I had the Beef Tips and Fries, and I must say, it was an amazing dish. As soon as I stepped into the restaurant I was greeted and seated immediately. The service from our waitress was exceptional from her checking in very often to see if we needed anything to the friendly positive attitude she had while serving us. The overall dining experience at SBC was top-notch. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and a great selection of craft beers all added to the enjoyment of my meal. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience with mouthwatering food and exceptional beers, SBC is the place to visit. Definitely the best restaurant in downtown Milford!

Great food, I was undecided about which beer. The bartender was really friendly, and he gave me a small sample of one the beers so I could try it, nice staff, big place, food was tasty and delicious, I love how crunchy were the sweet potatoes fries. We will probably come back!

Great experience for our first time here! Great service and food was amazing. We had apps and entrees and drinks. They were super busy – we went on St Patrick’s Day – but no wait time! Very happy and will definitely be back.

We love local places and when the hotel recommended SBC we were not disappointed! The Lobster Mac was incredible, Truffle fries and Perogies were just as good for our starters! Our server, Bailey was amazing! She was very attentive and had great suggestions on beer and cocktails. Overall everything was very good! We will definitely be coming back the next time we pass through! *My husband loved the beer so much we went to buy some 4 packs down the road*

SBC is one of my favorite places around! Everything I’ve had has been exceptional but especially the Buffalo chicken wrap! My favorite in the area. The atmosphere is chill and the service is fantastic! If you’re looking for a place that has fine dinning taste with normal prices this is your spot!

Was up visiting from Florida and had to come here twice. Love the Birdcage sandwich. Everyone enjoyed the food and drinks. Dan waited on us the first time and was great. Emma was our server when we went back and she also did great. We will be back when we visit again.

Me and my family always make a visit to SBC when visiting Connecticut, as it’s a staple to our vacation! My mom always says she’s never had a chicken sandwich better than the Birdcage, and even refuses to eat chicken sandwiches for weeks after we left because she “doesn’t want the taste to be forgotten!” I have a great time meeting new people, eating at their high tops, and looking out to see the wonderful views surrounding the restaurant. I want to give a special thanks to our waitress who served us last time. Kylee was an incredible server and one of the sweetest individuals I’ve met in my life. Can’t wait to visit y’all again when we come back up for Christmas!
