Fast and delicious pizza, made even better by the excellent customer service from Gabriel and his team. The XL New York style slice is always my go-to, I love it. Servers were friendly, fast and efficient, providing rock star level service. The only reason I didn’t rate this 5 stars is because it’s just mall pizza. That doesn’t mean it’s not the best mall pizza around though. Gabriel is the kind of employee that really makes the difference here. Custom orders at a quick service place are often a pain, but Gabriel made me a custom stromboli that was absolutely delicious and worth every penny. Will absolutely be back.

The Sbarro at the Oaks Mall serves up exactly what you would expect, pretty good pizza with good sides at a fast pace. However, the manager can be a little intense and not too nice to her employees. Other than that, it’s good food with plenty of food court seating.

I came into the mall drunk and hungover af. I looked around and tbh no food was worthy of a “hangover cure” but, out of the corner of my eye I saw what appeared and smelled to be pizza. I approached the counter and spoke with Gabriel. He was very compassionate of my hangover and offered to make me a fresh yummy, delicious, scrumptious “chef special pizza”. The pizza was so good it cured my hangover over. Gabriel was Jesus in that moment curing my illness with one great pizza. Thank you Gabriel. You will forever have a place in my heart.

This is a below average location for the sbarro company to be honest because every time I come here the pastas are dried out and do not look fresh nor do the pizza slices unless you get here pretty early around opening time and My visit here today was very disappointing. I ordered the baked ziti and one of the employees who is a cook and had an apron on came over to serve me, and Instead of giving me a fresh piece of baked ziti with cheese and everything on top of it how you’re supposed to serve it, he gave me all of the hard pieces that were left over from the corner where they had fallen from previous customers pasta.
On top of that, the pasta was mushy and watery, and did not have enough cream or ricotta in it, which it usually does at every other Sbarro location I go to . I was highly disappointed and I really don’t think I will ever return again which is sad because some of the employees are nice , the food is just not well prepared. Maybe if they hire a different cook it would turn out better. given how unprofessional he was while serving me that pasta I don’t know how he even is employed as a cook there that is not standard procedure to give a customer leftover hard scraps in the corner rather than a fresh piece that is sitting right in front of you.

I had a great experience! I come by on my breaks every few days and it is always a nice experience. The staff are patient and have a good sense of humor. Gabriel was especially very helpful! I’d recommend it for anyone wanting to get hot food quickly and having a nice conversation with the workers.

GABRIEL IS THE BEST GENERAL MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET. The incredible enthusiasm he carries and the CARE he has for all of his customers. They’re not even his customers they’re his family. This man deserves a raise. Thank You Gabriel and your team for an amazing experience. I live in Oxnard but this makes me was to drive all the way out here just for the experience.

This is a good restaurant but nothing special. The pizza was good with a nice thin crust but nothing memorable. They really let you mix pizza toppings which is good. The fried mushrooms are really not worth it on the other reviews. I wouldn’t order them. The macaroons were amazing.
