Although the customer service was great, the food was not. It was quite burnt on the bottom of the Stromboli. I cut it off best I could, it was good with some crushed pepper. Also got a pizza, it was delicious.

Thank you to Iris. Very kind and friendly. She deserves to be manager. Someone please make Iris the manager. She is so understanding and kind. She explained to me why I couldn’t get extra spaghetti. She needs to be promoted ASAP. She has excellent customer service and has great attention to detail.

Worst customer service I ever experienced, I went today to Stonewood and the cashier Christian is extremely rude. The cook is even worse on terms of rudeness. Employees here don’t even say a simple “hi” or “hello.” Which should be expected to a customer. To top it off, I was wrongly charged and handed the wrong food! What was even worse was Christian and the cook had the nerve to blame me for their mistake. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Ever since Covid my husband has some “brain damage” issues where it’s hard for him to comprehend things. He asked the lady 6 times questions about the pizza & price before finally ordering a whole pizza. He kept thinking special was only for 2 slices & a drink. Afterwards he realized he could have got 2 pizzas at the listed price, which was NOT mentioned by the worker or the one he ordered from, but when we asked if could get another pizza, paying the difference she refused. She said he’d have to pay another $28 at regular price. The deal was 2 for $32 I think. It took my husband 5 minutes just to understand the difference in the pizzas so she KNEW he had problems understanding. I even explained to her that he has brain damage. She didn’t care. Won’t be going back. I might even dispute the credit card charge for the bad customer service. No reason they couldn’t have explained the special when asked several times about getting a whole pizza or refunded the pizza & recharged him for 2. No compassion means lose a customer.

Very long lines so get there early before lunch time.
Prices are on the higher end so make sure you have enough money……and no discounts here, even though your a service provider or employees of the mall.

The worst service ever. I paid with a $100 dollar bill and the flamboyant bleach blonde haired male manager who served me shorted me change. I went back to get proper change and I was denied. I asked for the customer service number for Sbarro’s and he said that he was the owner so my complaints were a waste of time. Then he snapped his tina turner talk to the hand gesture to me like he was a teenaged girl. Food was not very good and served lukewarm with burnt morsels of bread and cheese stuck to the bottom of the pizza. Avoid this dirty un kept establishment. Their service and quality is so bad that I’m sure they keep the back kitchen areas so unruly and unclean. I spent a lot of money at that mall that day and I will think twice about going to that mall because the treatment was so below par. I would give this business less than a star but google Rate & Review won’t allow me to hit post unless a ranking was determined. THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU BACK PROPER CHANGE, RUDE STAFF. DIRTY OVENS.
