So, this is more so of an opinion of a nostalgic pizza place that recently returned back to the local area. When I was a kid, this place was a MUST GO any time you went to a shopping mall. Over the years, the popularity of Sbarros has went away and actually have been hard to find. I went many years without seeing one or tasting the food because they were only in select cities. I would have to wait until I go to Chicago or New York to try them. That being said, I’m rating this one since they’re back. Compaing it to other chains like Jets, Dominos, Pizza Hit, etc. I would definitely say it’s pretty good. I ordered the pan cheese slice. The bread is very air filled and fluffy. It’s actually very simple, nothing too crazy or adventurous with the flavors. It actually has a very clean taste with the dough they use which is nice. Some pizza places have your hands soaked in oils or butter when you pick up the slice; this is definitely not that kind of pizza (thankfully). I ordered the caesar salad tossed in caesar dressing which was really good, but a bit too salty. I’m not sure which ingredient was added, but the saltiness was noticeable for sure. Other than that, a good salad. I ordered the dragonfruit lemonade. So, I’m much more of a refreshing water based lemonade, so this is not my favorite. This is very sugary and thick. I know that some people like that, but me personally, I don’t like that style.

I wanted a salad for lunch and I found one here. The order taker listened to my order and accommodated me when I requested fewer crotons. I was so happy that I could get a salad. The location looked clean, food was attractive, and the staff were helpful.

Customer service is great, and fast. People are nice. Pizza is hot fresh and ready! Great price for a whole pizza. We only get it when we are in West County because we are in the city.

I was thrilled to find out my favorite pizza place was at the galleria! It tasted great,just how i remembered from my 90’s mall rat days! Big hot slices that cover the entire plate! Worth the price increase when everyone else charges more for less quality. I will be back as often as I can.

I bought 3 sides, that’s all. No pizza or anything else. Side items cost $5.49 each and I just paid it because I was in a hurry. I get home and look at the receipt and see that they added 2 sauce items (which I did not get). I believe this was automatically added by their sales software to add more cost to the bill. This isn’t the only place that has done something like this. Another restaurant added a $1 mushroom upcharge even though I didn’t order it. Always check you receipts!

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent dining experience. Unfortunately, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered the spaghetti and breadsticks, but the spaghetti was not hot and had a watery consistency, which was quite disappointing. As a result, I experienced some stomach discomfort and a headache afterward.
I appreciate the hard work of the customer service team, who were friendly and helpful. However, I believe there is room for improvement regarding the food quality. It would be great to see some adjustments made to ensure that future customers have a better experience.
I would also like to request a full refund for my purchase, as I am concerned about my health and believe I may have had food poisoning.

I have been coming almost daily to this place since it opened. I am so thrilled that they have returned absolutely my favorite pizza place hands down. JERMAINE is always here knows what I want when I walk up makes me feel wanted instead of those places that don’t want to even take your order. He has some of the best customer service that I’ve seen in my life. If that man’s not a manager he definitely should be running that Sbarro’s. Thanks Jermaine and thank you Sbarro’s. Hopefully I’m going to be hearing about new locations.

Kimberly is an absolute liar! When I came here to pick up the order, she said it would take 20 more mins to make it. I came back after 20 mins and she told me I had to wait 30 mins now. I think the restaurant should talk to her. She is ruining someone else’s business like nothing is happening! Absolutely deserves one star review!

Inside the mall this place was great! About $16 for a full course pizza meal! Tasted so fire that not even the oceans could put it out! Hotter than the sun! Great customer service too! Nice staff who were very kind!
