Have not been to Sbarro for a very long time! Last time may have been when I worked security there(mall) which was over 22 years ago and I had to wear that goofy hat!! Service was fine, place is old and worn down! Everything felt as greasy as my Italian/Irish skin, especially the tray!! The men’s room was locked, don’t know if someone was inside but I have a funny feeling I was
lucky I couldn’t use it!! The pizza wasn’t bad but for 2 slices the cost was just over $11!! My daughter had the buffalo chicken slice and said it was good! The pic is the slice I had which I believe was tomato and spinach. Next time in the mall if I’m starving I might visit again but won’t go out of my way!!!

I LOVE THEIR FOOD! Their pizza is THE PHENOM when it comes to pizza. Not only are their pizza styles delicious but they are very affordable! I never knew how affordable they were until I began buying whole pizzas. For decades I only bought pizza by the slice which is expensive but still worth it, but about 6 months ago I stopped in with my family and decided to buy a whole pizza. I have been buying whole pizzas ever since, and I always buy two! You can get two pizzas with toppings for about $39 – $43 bucks and that is not bad! I recommend Sbarro’s to anyone that is a lover of good authentic Italian food. You’re going to love this place!

It’s a convenient place to dine at for a quick bite while you’re in the mall, and the customer service is decent. The pizza is not gourmet, (to be fair, Sbarro doesn’t claim to be), but it is filling. Definitely on the greasy side. It’s priced like gourmet pizza, though, which it truly doesn’t merit.

I haven’t eaten at Sbarro’s for a while. Sbarro’s is still good, in spite of being fast food, in the Springfield Mall Food Court. I had their Pepperoni, Sausage and Bacon Stromboli, and a Spinach Stromboli. Both were great, and I was given a cup of tomato sauce with them. I was able to sit down to eat there. Most fast food places no longer have a sit down section. So being able to eat right there was a plus!
