Bad Connection
I went to this place for lunch and ordered a pizza and immediately after eating it. I had to locate a bathroom, this is especially absurd because I hadn’t had any breakfast or even a snack prior.

I was in line for a slice and a nice guy helped me out. There was a family ahead of me so I didn’t mind waiting to pay. Then this other lady working there gives my pepperoni slice to a customer that came a few minutes after me. She even let him pay before me instead of taking me.
Funny thing is the guy that helped me earlier told the lady that the slice was for me. At least three times. She told him I’m going to have to wait for my slice because she was giving it to the guy. Five star service from the guy. -20 stars for the girl.

I went to the Temecula mall and wanted to try a slice of pizza and they completely ignored me and my friend. We were in front of the line and they was serving everyone else but us. Yes the crazy part is we were the only black people there and they let everyone place their ordered before us. On top of that, a guy that works there his name is Logan, he was rude to me and my friend and gave us attitude. I simple asked for a fresh slice of pizza that they took out and he quickly got an attitude. He also assumed I wanted my food for there and finally asked me and I said I want it to go and he got another attitude. This is unbelievable!!! Managers should look for a great attitude when hiring employees for customer service because it’s very important. Just wanted to aware some of you.

Honestly, trash staff working, I bought 3 slices that wound up costing me around 20 bucks, no one working there bothered telling me I could just cop a whole pie for a couple bucks less. Super burnt on one of the slices anyway, plus it had a nasty carbon taste.
