The prices advertised are not what I was charged. After questioning why the $11.99 Stromboli combo was $13.99 the employee gladly gave me a discount. She could not explain the $2.00 price difference. The food is always hot and fresh.

I got a Stromboli combo and the baked ziti was good but the Stromboli was not fully cooked. I pulled out a ball of raw dough almost the size of the actual Stromboli. I ended up getting sick from the food. Very disappointed

I ordered a whole pizza and the lady said to wait 45 minutes. I still placed the order and waited as I was sitting down to eat something but they’re not busy at all I don’t see why I have to wait 45 minutes for a whole pizza. If it wasn’t because my daughter loves this pizza I would’ve left already.

The gentleman at the register, enthusiastically engages with customers. It’s a wonder why Sbarros, doesn’t have a longer line to eat from here. The gentleman gives outstanding customer service. I’m am unfortunately being sarcastic about this interaction, despite no feedback from this employee, I was still positive and told him to have a great day. I hope the next time I visit, my interaction will a lot more positive. The pizza was great as always.

The staff members were extremely rude! I was with my sister in law and her mother. Her mother does not speak English very well. When the man at the cashier learned this he said “That sounds about right, she looks like it” then scoffed. I would never recommend this service. I turned around and left. He did this in front of my 5 year old niece as well, who was simply just wanting a piece of pizza. Disgusting Behavior from a disgusting employee. Would not recommend.

Employees are rude! The heavyset women literally rolled her eyes & swung her impartial neck back after we asked a for a specific slice. Luckily for her after that we were turned off pizza & just cancelled our order. Kay’s pizza is always our ONLY go-to for now

My daughter was there at 3pm today (6/24/23) ordering lunch. She ask the (male) cashier if he could break $100 bill because that’s all she had. He said do you have any other way to pay I really don’t want to break that bill. My daughter explained she didn’t and he snatched the bill and rolled his eyes at her. Then after he gave her the change and her food she asked for a straw and he got a straw and threw it at her. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Well…… The pepperoni slice was nice & fresh, however, the service was less than sub- par. I guess from being a district manager I grade every customer service reps performance as they were one of my team members…. WITH THAT BEING SAID I Ordered a drink (young lady never asked size) and a slice. The lady made my flavored lemonade (SHE DIDN’T SAY THEY HAD NO ICE) and my sister & I sat and ate. We wanted another slice, afterwards, and young lady making the pizzas was very ‘AS A MATTER OF FACT’ when I asked if they had any other pizza coming out. As long as I’ve been eating at Sbarro I’ve NEVER been dissatisfied!!!!
