We always go to Sbarro for pizza for my son, and we always get as many pop refills as he wants, but this time, the manager Jorge for this location said he was only allowed to have one refill… when did that change?
The manager in duty, Jorge, just needed to give my son his refill, but instead, he kept arguing with me that he would not give me a refill. What a bad manager.
I thought customers were always right, but not this time.
We ended up with no refill, and this location ended up with one less customer.
We will not be back to this location.

i have been to this location twice in the past year and it appears that it is almost always the same employees there. they don’t really give the best customer service but i honestly don’t look for great customer service in food courts within malls so it doesn’t matter as much to someone like me.
although i do think it is somewhat ridiculous to pay over eleven dollars for a stromboli and a drink but that’s on me because i don’t care for pizza.
save your money and get something else from the food court unless you want pizza THAT badly then just get pizza later on that day from little caesar’s.

I have been a big fan of Sbarro pizza for years. I have never seen them outside of malls & it is my preferred food court item if I ever go shopping. The staff at this location is minimally friendly unfortunately but the pizza still slaps.

I went there today. Mari. I think that was her name. My friend and I were getting pizza. Two separate orders. I ordered cheese and she ordered pepperoni.I don’t eat meat so having sausage pizza was kind of an annoyance. It’s not like this pizza is cheap, either. So it was a nice waste of my money and I will not be coming back there again. I called the place and all Mari had to say for herself was that she thought my friend and I were going to the place so it shouldn’t matter. Clearly it mattered since no one even ordered sausage. She just wasn’t listening to me. I don’t know how someone can be so dumb. ♀️ You’ve got one job, man.

Great place to live. Coldest of winter days I did not feel it. New building airtight. Nice people, good management and very accommodating to Seniors’ well being. I love being here. Apartments are clean and pretty spacious (open concept arrangements).

Had a double charge on a single purchase….I was dredding going to show them the account charge and see how they can remedy this situation….I showed them the proof pnc statements and we talked about the order….mr George and Mrs Wendy were super accommodating and apologetic….definitely made an experience i wasn’t sure about turn into a reason me and my family come to this mall for this particular pizza…..God bless them both

I want to thank the staff for making my stuffed pizza in such a quick amount of time. The staff here is incredibly nice especially the boss. They make the best pizza and I loved my experience here! I recommend coming here!
