First and foremost I’d like to apologize to this woman for trying to place my order while she flirted with her boyfriend. Almost inconvenienced them

I found a hair BAKED into my pizza very unprofessional, and I understand that accidents happen but the lady and the guy were very unprofessional. They gave me a mean face and we’re like I guess we can give her another pizza. Horrible atmosphere, they were not handling the situation properly and in general made this a nasty place with their faces, would never come here again very disappointing and disrespectful. Unexceptionable, getting mad over something that is their fault.

2.3 One bite. Everybody knows the rules
Last time I came here was 5 years ago, thought I would give them another chance . They disappointed again. Pizza was bland , sauce was non existent , cheese was mediocre , pizza was soggy. No crisp.
Not giving them another chance.

I went there with family. After we read the promo, 2 XL slices of pizza, we were expecting to get a free drink. After paying, the cashier told us: “you should’ve told me you wanted to get the free drink”.
I mean, what? It’s up there in your promo, there’s sign…
The cashier didn’t want to reason and sent us away. Poor service.
At least the pizza was good!

My kids love it, but this Tuesday the cashier simply charged us separately when what I ordered was a combo and a pizza (slice), for which she charged me $26. She didn’t give me a receipt until I immediately asked for it. When I told her she had charged me more, she got so angry that she started to get overexcited about the claim and, very upset, she gave me my money back. I never attacked her, but I did tell her that I understood it was time 12:30 busy time and that she might be confused, but she got even angrier.

The customer service at this location is horrible. They think they can treat their customers like crap because we don’t have a choice. Message to the owners – there are plenty of dining options in the food court. If you don’t treat your customers right they will go elsewhere

Best Food Court to go to. Why!?
You get free refills and you can go up to the register to ask for it. 🙂
Quick, fast service! Best one hands down. Move over Chick-fil-A.

They offer a combo menu for 12,79$, and then when I go to pay, they charge 14,37$ a higher amount, I complained and they told me that they could not do anything. Totally unpleasant the experience, when they abuse the customer in that way, charging two dollars more, as if that will make them millionaires.

The service was great, but the food was terrible. I rate the food a 0/10. Worst pizza I ever had and the garlic breadsticks were nasty. I had to spit it out and thrown them away. Awful place. Don’t recommend it.
