I had no idea Sbarro is available on GrubHub. Hadnt eaten there in over a decade and they had a $5 off $25 deal, so I figured let’s tip the driver that $5 and go for it.
The pizza that arrived was surprisingly good. It is much better delivered than reheated in the food court.
I notice a lot of negative reviews have to do with dine in at the mall – again bypassed with delivery.

A little disappointed with my experience today. Went to get a single slice and a drink and got charged for 5 slices instead. When I notified the employee Olga of the mistake, she said there was nothing she could do to change it. Another customer witnessed what happened and said that the order could be redone and to keep my receipt. When I asked Olga for a manager to see if I can receive a refund, I was denied and turned away. I offered the extra 4 slices for free to other customers and left due to it being my lunch time for work.

Overpriced and not worth it. See the receipt for yourself to see how much they charge here! Honestly you’re better off getting a slice at Costco for way less. Pizza crust was also burnt. Never eating here again

This place is gross they have the pizza pre made sitting out and when you order a slice the reheat in front of you! If they are in a rush they will pull it out of the reheating element they have and give cold pizza . The menu prices are not the same on the advertised it comes out way more aside from taxes.

Absolutely terrible. Went to pick up an order they said they thought I wasn’t coming and cancelled it. It took literally 30 minutes to make an order of cheesy bread. They kept telling me “10 more minutes” 3 times. Literally 3 times. They should have just been honest about the time and I would have left. What a waist.

Ask the lady very politely if I could have the slice that looked fresher (there were other slices that looked like they had been sitting there) she said, No they are ALL the same. So I asked again & she whispered something to the guy cooking the pizza and he came over picked up the piece I didn’t want and threw it on the plate with his tongs. The man in line behind me was just as shocked as I was and he even said, She had a simple request what’s the big deal? Anyways both him & I left as this was just insane. Hire nicer people!

How did I forget about this place?? Surfing the web tonight for pizza we saw Sbarro and had a quick reminiscing of our teenage years at Meadowood Mall eating a slice of pizza from here… so we decided to give it another try and we ordered a large pepperoni to go.
Took about twenty minutes before it was ready. Way more affordable than other local pizza shops- and honestly the pizza was better than Any pizza I’ve had in years.
My new go to for pizza for sure!

Everett is the general manager. Christian is the assistant manager. And lacy is as beautiful as she is charming. Pizza is good and your order comes out fast even if there is a long line. But let’s be honest the reason I’m coming back is to see Lacy. Definitely better than the old pizzeria that was here in staff, service and quality of food. Always opens on time and gives extra good deals around close. I’ll buy a pizza or two on way out of work. Thanks for working hard peeps
