food is decent at best is my opinion. If you are buying by the slice it is kind of expensive. If you buy the whole pie the price is almost equivalent to just the 2 slice deal with a drink that they offer. At least when you buy the whole pie the food is fresh out of the oven. I am a pizza lover, so me leaving a 3 star on a pizza restaurant really is saying a lot. The customer service is really good and the people working are nice. You better have good teeth to eat here because the crust is pretty hard!!!

I like Sbarro Pizza by the slice. Good variety to pick from. The service is good. Nice employees working there. Convenient to get something to eat while shopping at the mall. My biggest complaint is your high prices on food and drink. For that reason I seldom eat at Sbarro!

The manager who was prepping my pizza order and drink, had no personality nor any patience for me to decide on which lemonade I wanted to try. Literally felt like I was being rushed when nobody was in line behind me. His attitude was so uncalled for. & I’m 9 months pregnant so I’m sorry for wanting to make sure I get a flavor that i will like. Then he just gets on his phone in front of everybody and doesn’t care to look up for the other customers coming into line. Screw that manager. I won’t be back.

Food was ok but cant give any higher than a 2 because I was grossly overcharged and didnt realize it until later on that night when I was at home. For 2 cheese pizza slices, 1 pepperoni slice, 2 Pepsi’s and an apple juice…I was charged $25! Did the survey and told them about it but was told it was correct for what I ordered…I looked at the prices online and figure I was overcharged by $10! I actually like their pizza but wont be back again

I got food poisoning from here. Projectile vomiting as I jump out of my car was not the best experience.

I ended up not being able to keep any fluids down as I would immediately violently throw them up. At a certain point my dehydration caused me to pass out and hit my head on a shower knob. This pizza quite literally almost killed me. For those who value your life, think carefully here.

We stopped by for salad and pizza. Only one employee was out front baking pizzas while 3 or 4 employees were in the kitchen.
We stood around waiting to be waited on and finaly the floor employee had to ask other employees to help serve us. I ordered an entree salad with pizza. I was told that they were out of all salads.
You would think with several employees available in the kitchen, someone could fix salad!
We went next door and ate! Sbarro will not be getting any money for my family until someone can manage their employees and get them trained on proper procedures for serving all items on the menu.
Christmas rush is here but it was very slow Tuesday evening around 7:00pm. Customers are going to be very disappointed in the service at the mall food court during the holidays.

I love sbarro but this place sucks. Always the worst customer service when I come here which is really a shame because I always loved going to sbarro in any mall I’ve ever worked in. This sbarro is the worst one I’ve gone to. Today, I went to get a snack and get just 2 breadsticks. The man (I think the manager because he’s always there, middle aged gentleman with the salt and pepper beard) said “wow real healthy dinner, huh?” Like dude if I wanted healthy food I wouldn’t be at sbarro. Not to mention the breadsticks were dry af. Disappointing. Wish there was another one in the area. Don’t recommend.
