I was served cold stromboli. Food was not minimum of 135F internal even after running through oven.
I requested it to be reheated and the customer service rep gave me attitude and said she could only heat the part I didnt bite.
I had taken two quick bites and noticed it wasn’t hot enough.
I would’ve expected just another one heated up for me but they put it in the oven after I took a bite.
Overall when asked to get it to the required sitting temp it was received badly and staff didnt know how to react.

Went to Sbarro for lunch 15 JAN 26 around 11:45 am. And ordered the two slice of pizza meal. When I got the pizza back to my table I bit into it and noticed it was burnt. I took the pizza back to the counter and ask the young lady could I get a different slice, she replied no because I already took a bite into the pizza.
Long story short this is pour customer service. People shouldn’t spend their hard earned money on burnt food and then bring up the problem to the vendor and not offered a solution besides buying another slice. At least offer a fresh slice to try to fix the issue especially if there is a deficiency with the food. This is probably the worst customer service I experienced.

Really love that this place is here!!! Pizzas were fresh and its nice to see the general manager working with the employees and helping them. Ms. Cheyenne served me and she was all smiling and bubbly!! Would love to give this restaurant and team a 10/10 ❤️❤️
