I have been to this location many times. It has actually been about a year since my last successful visit. I say successful because there’s always been a problem and I ended up leaving empty-handed.
However this time was much different, Brenda, who made our pizza and helped us along with her colleagues Sadie, Elizabeth we’re so nice and so helpful. The pizza couldn’t have been better, she even commented that she Left it in a little longer because she knows the supreme gets very center doughy and didn’t want that. I think the little reviews are from previous management maybe or a different crew but they were excellent. Custom made us a half and half pizza that they didn’t have to do but they did it for us anyway.

My friend and I decided to give the Sbarro’s pizza in the food court at Fashion Place Mall a try. The Pizzas are premade and put on display in an unheated area. When you pick out what you want, they run the pizza through an electric heater to warm it up a little bit. Our pizza was barely warm. The toppings would slide around on A soggy cold thin crust. I ate it because I was hungry not because it was good. I will definitely not be back, terrible food.

Wonderful experience today!! Cameron provided amazing food and an amazing experience,he made sure all of his food looked amazing and you could tell he cared about the quality.. I mean just look at those He wished me a great day and asked, “If you would like consider leaving a pizza your mind on google” So funny and brilliant, even my kids chuckled!! Get this Man a raise or something he deserves it So as requested here is a Pizza of my mind I hope the right people see this!! Ill be back Cameron

I absolutely love this place, their food is the bomb. I don’t usually get a single slice though, I would recommend ordering a whole pizza or trying their pasta! It’s always super delicious when they make it to order. A bit on the pricey side, but, you get what you pay for!

One of my favorite things in life it’s cold pizza… Especially after you pay $5 and they run it through a toaster and it doesn’t do anything. This place nails it although I don’t think that’s supposed to be the case

Cameron the “manager” who has red hair and glasses ( in case he was lying about his name) completely burnt my pizza to the point where it would not come off of the cardboard and refused to make a new one. I didn’t even ask for my money back just a new fresh pizza and he was very rude and dismissive. It’s sad he was not concerned about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve been here many times and had good experiences until today. Very disappointed. Only 3 could come off and this is what it looked like

Went there just now got a pizza slice, bread sticks and a drink but the drink was flat and tasted like root beer when I ordered Pepsi so I went back and told them they’re like oh yeah it’s our machine not the drink I’m like NEXT TIME TELL PEOPLE BEFORE THEY ORDER INSTEAD OF BEING OUT OF LUCK. Also always check your pizza on the bottom you never know if it will be burnt. Mine wasn’t THIS TIME. Also why do you allow employees to make pizza if they’re on there freaking phones.. I was just told that they “SUPPOSEDLY FIXED THE MACHINE” WHICH ISN’T TRUE THEY GAVE ME A NEW DRINK AND TASTE HORRIBLE STILL.. DON’T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
