Fast, on-the-run food when at the mall. Pizza is okay if the counter is busy and they are turning over pies quickly. I pass up Sbarro if mall traffic is slow and pies have been on the display counter for hours. Negative also for me is Sbarro serves Pepsi products exclusively. Sorry, I like Coke.

Horrible experience the service is horrible! I ordered a large cheese pizza and garlic bread I gave her a hundred dollar bill and she didn’t have change so I gave her $24 instead and she never gave me back my hundred dollar bill. I later called the store and she refused to give me my money back and proceeded to hang up on me twice after I tried calling again very disappointed. I’d like to speak to someone in charge. Even one star is to much for this place.

Sbarro has had its ups and down. Sometimes I’ve had fresh pizza from here and sometimes the pizza is old, but I do like that they offer great deals, especially with their XL pizzas. Servers were not as friendly, but we didn’t have a terrible experience. Their storefront is a bit small and cramped, and sometimes not as clean, but the pizza is often good. I really like their Roman pizza.

To be fair the pizza was good. We ate “in” and had a fountain drink. However when I asked for a refill she refused. Ive never been to an establishment that when you ate in you didnt ger refills. Also pretty audacious to refuse to refill a drink that costs less than the cup im holding after I already tipped you. I’ll never come back as just for principle.
