Our food was delivered and was completely wrong. Our pizza wasn’t made to order and there as barely any cheese on it. I tried it and it was not good! We called to see how this could be corrected. The lady on the phone was completely rude and blamed it on us. We pulled our order and proved that they screwed up. When asked for her name, she refused to give it to us. We asked for a manager and she said there isn’t one on site. I will NEVER return and will tell everyone I know to NOT order from this location!

I’ve been to many Sbarros before and this one has to been one of my favorites so far! Not only was the service really good, but the employees kept the place looking really clean at all times. Skylar was very attentive and help and my family decided what to order. Definitely coming back to this location!

I was really looking forward to eating the XL NY Pizza. I ordered and the lady started making my pizza without gloves after handling the register. I asked was that my pizza and she said, yes! I asked her where were her gloves and her and her coworker started talking about it would be ready in 5 minutes. I said i don’t want that and asked for my money back. How are you not wearing gloves handling food?

While in the area, we stopped at the Dekalb Oasis for lunch. While looking over the options at Sbarro, I saw the Pasta, which caught my eye, but not in a good way. The bare spaghetti noodles appeared dried out on top with What appeared to be black flecks on it. Upon closer look, there were flies all over the noodles, crawling and burrowing deeper into the pan. A couple? I’d understand, but the amount I saw?? Completely disgusting. How could the employees be so oblivious to this!? Needless to say, I didn’t order anything.
