Good food but pricey. Ordered lasagna and was surprised garlic bread wasn’t included—you have to pay extra. The staff aren’t very friendly, which could be better. However, the pasta and sausage stromboli were delicious and made up for it. A decent spot if you’re craving Italian, but don’t expect much in terms of service. Four stars for the tasty food despite the downsides.

SBARRO is ridiculously expensive for what you get. I also dont understand their combo meals.
I ordered a small penne pasta and included meatball, they charge for every little thing you add, for example if you order a plate of pasta you should be getting a garlic bread with it, wrong! Not Sbarro, they wanted me to buy a different combo with a slice of pizza, my pasta, meatball and this way I would get the garlic bread, this is just a way to pay more, unacceptable!
My small lunch cost me $12 dollars and did not even get garlic bread. Wow!
What a ripp off, this is the reason why this food chain is going bankrupt.
Sad but true.
I dont recommend you visit any of their few locations, go town authentic restaurant where you’ll get more for you buck.

The mushroom with all these other toppings not so good. Didn’t have tomato sauce. Next time I’ll just get pepperoni and cheese.

Yesterday i was out with my friend shopping having a VERY GOOD day until i came here to eat. My friend ordered our food for us we weren’t so hungry so he asked for an nyc combo and the cashier got confused and gave us a two slice combo. Everyone makes mistakes just like the cashier parents did and it would’ve been fine but this obnoxious lady started being very rude and unprofessional. She started blaming US when she was the one who made the mistake of putting in the wrong order, this is the second time this happens this place has the WORST customer service. This happened yesterday around 7:15 the lady looked latina, curly somewhat long hair with an atrocious shade of red lipstick. I was very disappointed, people like her with no patience and ugly attitudes should not be in a workforce where you’re needed to interact with customers. We will NEVER bring our lovely presence near this location again, i recommend going to the one in cerritos it is SO MUCH better.

The pizza and stromboli were good, as was the salad. The bread sticks, however, are very dry without sauce, so dry to the point where I just threw them away. As for the employees, like some of the other reviews the customer service from the wasn’t the best, though still not bad. They weren’t rude, just felt a little aloof like they didn’t want to be there (which, as someone who works retail, I’m sure they didn’t but it wouldn’t hurt to try and look a little happier).

The guy w makeup on his eyes was very rude cuz he never greeted me. He wasn’t friendly at all. I got a regular salad & the croutons were wet,not crunchy at all. Got a room temperature slice of pepperoni pizza,never offered to warm it up. He didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Great pizza with a nice crunch to the crust. Large salads and the cheese bread sticks are so good they don’t need any sauce. Staff is friendly and fast. Wish there was one closer to Hollywood.

The only upset was that they didn’t have enough change in their registers and they were stumbling to find a solution.
We were a quarter short which we didn’t mind. We said it’s ok so that we could just get our food and go.
But one of the ladies barked at us saying “No!” And we had to wait for them to figure out their money problems before we could get our food.
Like, if we’re telling you it’s fine, don’t tell me otherwise. Just give me my food please.

Terrible experience with this location, fist of all I went on a Sunday shopping and stopped by Sbarros to get a slice of pizza I believe it was the $9.99 deal with drink, when I went to pay the cashier’s we’re very rude and told me $.50 extra for lemonade, I was like what? you must be kidding? they started saying rude words like you can’t afford $.50 cents and smirked about it, these two hoodlums shouldn’t be working for this company, and the price increase should be posted for customers to see.

I have been loving some Sbarro since I can remember, things have change the little bit. I always get The spaghetti & meatballs, they used to give you 2 really big meatballs. And now it’s only 2 little meatballs, which really they should give you 4 meatballs now but is still the same great taste
