Food was pretty good, kind of cold though. Extremely rude service from one of the employees making orders though. I waiting behind a few people in line ordering and paying for their food, waiting for my turn once the orders ahead of me were finished. Once the lady (older, heavy set, short haircut) finished heating up the pizza she said “Are you even ready to order” and I said yes and was waiting for her to respond when she turned to the customer by me and said “Why isn’t she saying anything?” And then again “What do you want?” And I just said I do know what I want to order, I was just waiting for you to finish with the order you were currently working on. So ridiculously rude ☕️

Incredibly rude and unprofessional service. Between 6:15 PM and 6:30 PM today, I was practicing communication skills with my 10-year-old son, who has high-functioning ASD. He was doing a great job reading the menu board and politely asked for a ‘NY XL slice.’
The employee—a middle-aged, larger woman with glasses and dirty blonde/gray hair—snapped ‘They’re all that, NEXT!’ and completely dismissed him. He was the last person in our line and nobody was even behind us, so there was absolutely no reason to rush him or be so hostile. She didn’t even let him finish his order or his sentence.
This was a major setback for my son’s confidence and development. It’s heartbreaking to see a staff member treat a child this way when they are clearly trying their best. We will not be returning to this location.

Standard food court fare offering up a thick slice of pizza with a limited amount of pepperoni and sausage. The crust is a little heavy for me with standard sauce, toppings buried under a layer of cheese. Make it a combo and one of the choices is two large breadsticks and a drink.

Bottom of pizza burnt. It was ordered through Grubhub so I wasn’t able to look at this after purchase of location to get my money back. Shouldn’t even have been considered acceptable to serve by staff.

The pizza could have been cooked a bit longer. And if you are going to have a sign that states “if you don’t get a recipe the next slice is on us”, I feel like staff should honor that. They just acted like they didn’t know anything about it and continued talking amongst themselves while we walked away. Not impressed with staff.

The staff was not fully trained as I was charged for items that was in the combo meal. The Stromboli needed to be in the oven longer as the dough wasn’t cooked all the way and the worst part.. I got the chocolate cake. I couldn’t get my fork to go through it and when it did there was mold all over it! I feel absolutely sick to my stomach. Never. Again.

The pizza and service is much better since the old manager left, I think her name was Elizabeth. The employees seem happier, and everything looks much cleaner. The pizza was pretty good, a little burnt on the crust but that happens. The employees were helpful and nice. Would recommend over other food places in the mall.
