The customer service at this place is appalling. The guy working the early shift today didn’t bother to look up when he shouted something unintelligible about ordering. Initially, I thought he was shouting at someone in the kitchen, so I stood there and waited for him to address me. However, it wasn’t until a woman approached me and informed me that he was speaking to me, and even she found his behavior rude. Consequently, I decided not to dine there for this reason. I doubt if I’ll ever return in the future.

I Use to love this place when David was the manager, but now whoever the guy is that works there is one of the most annoying people I’ve ever met. He thinks he’s being funny and always takes the joke “one step too far” which makes his jokes tolerable at best. He doesnt take accountability for anything. Got to my table and the marinara sauce had opened up and got over everything in the bag. When I took t back up his first response was “that never usually happens” in a very you did it yourself kind of tone. This place has gone downhill with food too. Pozza is terribly made and doesnt taste done. If I could go 0/10 I would.

Went up to the counter to ask when pizza would be ready (it was 10:18am so after they had already been opened). The man at the counter was really rude. I wasn’t short or rude with the man when I asked, my son just wanted pizza instead of the other option so I was curious how long the wait was gonna be. Asking a simple question shouldn’t require so much attitude. I will not be back I can promise you that, we come here multiple times a month to play and get lunch. I won’t stand to be talked to like that.

I used to eat there every time I went to the mall. I got really sick off the meatballs. The girl behind the counter that day left in the middle of ringing me up because of “stomach” problems. They don’t wear gloves. I watched them go from taking money to making pizza without washing hands. The people that work there are very friendly, but they need to be sanitary.
