Can’t recommend enough. It’s hard to find restaurants where you know they serve fresh food. Here, they make the food fresh everyday. I literally watched them make my pizza right in front of me! Food is very affordable too. You can get a combo (Slice, Side and Drink) for about 10 dollars, or you can get a single slice for 5 dollars. And the ladies were so nice and friendly, they even upgraded my drink to a large drink. Wish I had a picture of the pizza still but I was so excited to eat it I didn’t even think of it. Trust me when I say it’s hot, fresh, and delicious.

I always felt weird about this place cause it looks like they don’t clean very well. But still choose to eat here. I found a cockroach in my food. My boyfriend went to ask for a refund & they where surprised themselves ! About the cockroach, they only refunded him $6.50. & I was mad so I went up myself to speak to them myself & demanded a full refund. They not only said “well we will also need the other food in order to give you that refund” we threw it away ! Cause all there food might have roaches, they didn’t even say sorry or nothing ! They where mad at us for what ?? Cause we found a cockroach in there food ! My lord these people are ridiculous. We spoke to the higher management so hopefully they will get that resolved. Me & my boyfriend have not been feeling good & keep vomiting. I I’m extremely in shock. & I hope these people learn. & we won’t stop until there is inspection at that place.

So I was in sacramento already and have been wanting to have sbarros cheese pizza for years, I got a slice of cheese, a slice of the chicken bacon and a “stromboli” or whatever it was supposed to be, the slice of chicken was all crunchy thin with no sauce or much “pizza” texture, crust was the best part, the stromboli was a absolute let down, no meat no cheese, all bread, so i saved the best for last and of course the sbarros cheese dont miss, I paid around 25$ for that order and was left with a box full of crust and bread from the stromboli, my advice is to ONLY get the cheese peeza!!!!

We ordered a large cheese pizza to go and waited almost an hour. Got home and it was the wrong pizza. The pizza was doughy as well. I tried calling numerous times and it went to voicemail. I couldn’t leave a message because mailbox was full. Disappointed!

Usually I really love this place. My daughter and I eat here often. But this particular time I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza for my daughter and it made her sick. I believe it gave her food poisoning. Maybe it was leftover pizza that was sitting out for too long. Had it been fresh perhaps this wouldn’t have happened. I’m truly disappointed because we use to love eating here but once a place makes you sick you really can’t take that chance on vomiting all over again.

The pizza was just okay, but the service was terrible! I ordered two slices from April who was very distracted. So much so she only cooked one. Then I reiterated my order of two, but she was off doing something else. Mind you I was the only customer there.
I asked for a cup of water while she rang me up. Then she charged me for a combo. Seeing that she rang it as a combo, I asked for root beer instead. Cue the atrocious attitude. Don’t know what set her off but she swears at me and calls me names. Says she needs to charge me more. I was so taken aback I just asked for a refund. She said no refunds, and I hadn’t even taken the food or drink yet. She goes on and on about not caring and there is no manager here and just going off calling me names. Atrocious attitude.
I just left. There are plenty of options to eat here at the mall. Sickening.
