They just put a fresh pepperoni pizza in the case, I wanted a whole pizza and they told me it would be a half hour. I asked if I could have that one they just put in the case (there were zero customers behind me and none came up while I was there eating the other place that I ended up at because that was nonsense) and they wouldn’t sell it to me. It’s very Delicious. The ingredients tasted like they were on the cheaper side but even still it was good. You can tell that they make the marinara sauce from scratch and it’s got a strong, fresh flavoring to it that wraps it all together. The employee was the only one there that I saw the entire time but man he was doing one hell of a job. Excellent!

I have been there several time and usually find the food and service consistent. I ordered a whole pizza for the first time a week ago with half pepperoni and half (beef/sausage) combination. The pizza was really good but when I got home I noticed the balance between the two halves – lots of pepperoni but not as much toppings on the on half. I will try them again but specify that I request a balance of topping prior to paying. They are worth trying in my option.

Even if they have a whole pizza ready to go, they “can’t sell it to you because the imaginary future customers might want a slice and they shouldn’t have to wait”. The food is decent if you get it fresh, but their policies are stupid.

Terrible service from management. I came to order a full pizza at the Arbor Place Mall location on Tuesday, May 21st 2019 and the day “shift leader/manager” pizza maker (Caucasian Female) was dismissive and rude. No eye contact and just all around bad vibe. Horrible customer service skills. I’ve been eating at this Sbarro’s for a long time (10+ years), but not anymore.

A very busy location with lots of staff on hand to help you find whatever it is you’re looking for. I found something new here this time. I tried the okra snacks. They’re kinda like zucchini fries, except it’s okra. They tasted just like okra but better. Great for snacking on instead of any other high sodium snacks. The lines were long and moved fairly smoothly. Well stocked and pretty well staffed as well. Pay them a visit the next time you’re in the area. Cool place.

The manager was rushing the line & the cashier was doing the best they could with the volume of people and as the manager proceeded to antagonize the cashier – he did nothing to assist anyone in expediting any orders . Very sad to see young kids trying to experience fast food job with an impatient a manager not giving constructive criticism . Not a very professional manager whatsoever very immature especially for the customer to over here what’s going on . Caught a glimpse of his name tag as we left , Wilmel , because it all starts with the person in charge if the manager doesn’t show he cares for customers – how could the employees?

I’m love some mall/airport pizza and Sbarro never disappoints. A young man by the name of Jabrell (spelling?) took my order, he was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He never rushed me when I couldn’t make up my mind and even gave some suggestions. Any other place they would have talked quick or said I don’t know…I am VERY BIG on customer service. Our younger generation do not do a very good job so I had to rave about this young male. His parents/guardians/manager or whoever the village is that raised this kid, did an exceptional job. I tried to tell the manager but he was on a conference call. Keep good employees and good products and the customers will come back. I know I will! Thx!
