While they did ask if I wanted here or to go . Even though I had took it home with me I’ll admit the pizza didn’t taste as good as it did before. I probably will be eating somewhere else at the mall which also kind of limited these days .

We purchased a box of pizza. Half pepperoni half hawaiian. The pizza was burned and hard. Pls refer to the picture. I called them, the owner saman If I am correct with the name, told me to return the pizza when we are far from the mall and we have little kids to attend to.
I asked for a refund and i will send to him the pictures and didn’t agree to it and just hanged up the phone.
We went to do other errands and this owner didnt understand where we are coming from being tired from errands and travelling and want us to comeback and they will replace the pizza. Come on common sense. We are going to waste our gas to return the pizza and we already wasted our money buying your pizza. I will not buy on this sbarro branch again.

Pizza was ok but they have bottles of Gatorade in the fridge that has been expired sine Feb 22 2025 I told the kid at the front desk said that he can give me water instead an puts the Gatorade back into the fridge to sell at a latter time to someone that doesn’t look at dates

My fiance was at sbarro in the morning with her disabled clients, and the manager decided to cuss out autistic customers and my fiance and throw money at there face. Horrible customer service all because he didn’t know how to do a refund.

Employee handed my food after ringing me out for my order with contaminated money gloves. He never bothered on taking them off when he rang me out which I paid with cash. He proceeded to cut the vegetables while my pizza was warming up grabbed the nearest trash can then wrapped my pizza and handed it to me while using the same pair of gloves. Need better training on sanitation and cleanliness.
