It’s a 2.5 stars for me for this fast food in the Fashion Mall of Vegas on the strip. It’s Sbarro after all and not high end personalized Italian food prep. The food is acceptable as with any Sbarro. However, the staff honestly looked completely disinterested. I had to ask for cheese and peppers…I would suggest they are offered up front to anyone who is ordering. It was fine overall.
I’ll still round it up to 3 as it’s not a back breaker for a food court.

I’m 100 positive this is frozen, shitty pizza. And, it was like $22. Do yourself a favor and DONT go here. Unless you like frozen, shitty pizza, if so, this place is passable.

Sbarro is one of the places I eat whenever I come to this mall. I was able to get the combo meal and it cost me $10 about. The waiting didn’t took long and the line was short. Staff was OK in manners and polite. If you want pizza, go to sbarro. Plenty of seats in the food court of the mall.

Sbarro is great. The one at the Fashion Mall is the worst. I didn’t think Sbarro could ever be horrible, but it is. The cost of two pizzas is a rip-off. Soda tasted watered down. It has a 2.3 for a reason and I should of looked before. They used the wrong topping. What is seen on the screen is different from their explanation on deals. Cheese fell off the pizza too. Same complaint as other person, stromboli was a combo of drink and salad but female employee said one or the other.

Food was rewarmed but still cold when I received it. Fountain drink machine needed to be switched out. I got two different drinks and both were bad. Ladies said it tasted fine. If I could give it a 0 I would.

We wanted something light and fresh, so we ordered the spaghetti with tomato sauce. The dish was served hot and fresh, but what stood out even more was the exceptional service. Our server was incredibly polite, greeted us warmly, and answered all our questions attentively. It’s rare to find such great service in the food industry these days, but this experience truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it and would return in a heartbeat!

I remember Sbarros used to be really good but quality has gone down (as has everything in 2024). Just some advice, if pizza is going to sit out ALL day, put MORE SAUCE on it. The basic cheese pizza tasted like a dry crispy flatbread. Also had to ask for peppers and they don’t offer a discount for employees. Kind of unusual for a mall that easily employs over 4,000 people. Sbarro should step up their game.
