Server couldn’t care less from start to finish and likely expected me to not realize the pizza was $5 more than advertised.

I don’t know where to start.
This happened last but it’s the worst so I’ll start here. The lady taking payments wasn’t wearing gloves while distributing drinks, getting ice by scooping the cups in the ice. Upon lifting the lid of my drink I found a hair in it. (Thankfully I hadn’t drank it yet. ) when I took the cup back to the counter, she said “I can’t see it.” Listen, why would I even go back up after the service received to lie about a drink that was full?
None of the other workers were wearing gloves, besides one who had one glove on only.
For the price of food here, I would think at least it would be better in quality. Very disappointed.

First off, the staff was warm, friendly and prompt. But the pizza (bacon/pepperoni) was ATROCIOUS! Almost no trace of cheese. The pizza was dry and hard, but hot. I was there at opening, so it may have been last night’s pizza…because it was the WORST pizza EVER. And I’m 70+!!!
