contrary to the other reviews written, we came around closing time and the staff were great! they werent overly “customer service-y” which to me is a good thing. The cashier was efficient, well mannered and helped us out greatly. The cooks behind him were working professionally and proficiently. There was someone trying to return a pizza because they wanted it cooked more but the cooks informed them that they couldn’t just put the pizza back in the oven because they had already touched it and that would be cross contamination and that made me feel better about them being clean. So if you want your pizza well done i suggest letting them know before you get your pizza. Other than that, our experience was great our food was great and i would DEFINITELY come back to her every time.

Greetings dear community of visitors, I had the opportunity to visit Sbarro for a slice of cheese pizza ( I wanted the spinach Stromboli but they did not have it) . I paid for it and I requested a glass of water and the lady wanted to charge me 50 cents. Beyond rude and disgusting service.

I want to give a big thank you to Sandra, the manager at the Sbarro inside the Inn of the Mountain Gods. She went above and beyond for my family, especially in helping with my mother’s dietary needs since she has diabetes. Sandra was very conscientious and accommodating. She made sure my mom was served quickly so she could eat on time, and she took the extra step of explaining the wait for our pizza with added toppings.
Not only did she make sure everything was handled smoothly, but she also personally brought the food to our table. Her kindness, attentiveness, and warm attitude made us feel like we were the only customers in the food court. That level of care is something you don’t see often, and it made our visit a truly positive experience.
Five stars for Sandra! She’s the kind of manager who makes you want to return.

Wanted to order a pizza combo at this location. But this employee was very rude to me and other clients. First of all, my family asked a question in Spanish and she refused to speak the language. Then we got in line to order. There was an old and soggy pepperoni slice there. When it was my turn I kindly asked her if I can get a fresh slice, which it was already there, just taken out of the oven, and she refuses. I asked her again nicely, if she could give me the other one, and she said no. I got nervous because of her response, and I just grabbed the pizza. Then I told her if I could have Diet Pepsi, and she screams that they don’t have coke products. And I told her again, I said Diet Pepsi. Everyone in the line were confused and annoyed by her attitude. So I turned to my family and said in Spanish, is she not understanding me what I’m saying . Then all of a sudden she starts speaking Spanish, when in the beginning she refused to speak to my family. And it was a good Spanish. It was such a bad experience and I was crying while eating my pizza. So sad I’m in a place where it belongs to the Indian american, and we’re very respectful of their culture, and we’re consuming, and generating more money for them and this place, and understanding them, because I’m also part of a minority here in the states. However, that doesn’t give me the authority to mistreat others, and neither to her. And I’m so very disappointed the company hired people like Sandra, because that’s her name, and also because we had just brought friends to try the pizza, telling them it was great, and this is what we get. And even more, because the prices are high, but we thought it was worth it, and you know what, it’s not at all. This is just unacceptable. I work at costumer service, and no matter what you feel, and how people treat you, you must always be nice to the client. And I never was rude to her, I was very polite and you can ask the people that were behind me. I got 2 witnesses, and I can share their contact. I need an answer about this.

Talk about some rude service Elliot is extremely rude didn’t acknowledge I’m telling I’m adding something else if he got it didn’t say a word ask him if he got what I added just nodded poor guy maybe pay him more I dont know how u can put up with employees like this was going to take my business else where but my daughter wanted pizza not that he would care to loose the business manager look into this if you want sales if I could give him 0 stars i would I dont like giving bad reviews i myself work in the restaurant industry and customer service is my first priority

Terrible customer service. The place says its closes at 10 pm went down and verified what time they take their last order prior to going down to the pool the employee states 9:50 sometimes 9:45. I made sure to verify one more time if they would take an order for a whole pizza at that time so we could enjoy the pool and the employee replied yes that is correct. Well we get there to order the pizza at 9:39 and they say they aren’t taking any pizza orders because they are shutting down and there is nothing to be done about what we were previously informed.
