Stopped like I always do when I come through here to get a baked ziti and meatballs with a breadstick. Got out to my truck to eat and the noodles were mushy and way overcooked. And the breadstick was small, underproofed before cooking and was kinda gummy. I’ve never gotten bad food from this location before but today it was kinda horrible. Take this with a grain of salt as I’ve never had a bad experience here until today.

I really don’t understand where all the negative reviews are coming from. I’m not normally one to review fast food type operations, But this place is just as good as I remember when I was a small kid. I stopped in after work because I was starving, Both of the crew members were super friendly and nice, The slice of pizza I ordered was huge and ready right away, and like I said it tasted phenomenal. There’s no way anybody could legitimately prefer something like little Caesars over this and for the people complaining that four dollars and change is too much money for a piece of pizza The size of your face you should probably be shopping at the food pantry anyways. All in all, I’m glad to see that Sbarro still exist and that their pizza is still just as yummy as it was 15 years ago

Nothing against the people behind the counter as they are the only reason I’m giving a 2 star.
Inconsistent with every Sbarro I’ve been to across the country.
Will not run food through roller oven when asked. Your food ends up cold before you get back to your vehicle. All other SBarro do this automatically. Will not add extra cheese. Given reason, because they don’t have a button to charge you, all other SBarros will give you extra cheese. Charges for bread stick that is free with your meal at all other SBarro. Funny how they don’t have a button for extra cheese, but have a button to charge you for an item that is supposed to be part of the meal. Lastly, but not least, they charge 30% more per items than other SBarros.
It would benefit you to just go into town and eat. Better food, more food, better prices

Service was spectacular. Food was AWFUL. The ziti was so overcooked and had zero flavor. My Stromboli was half raw dough. Threw most of both away.

Really Sbarro? More than $4 for a Totino’s size slice of pizza? And your sign says 2nd slice only $3.19 plus tax. When I informed the employees about being charged full price for the second slice, I got blank looks and nothing done. I didn’t see how small the one slice was until I got into my car and just didn’t want to go back to incompetence. SMH. I stop here regularly and this was quite the disappointment.

This is a food court/truck stop style place. The cold holders were broken so there were no cold side options like salad or desserts. I got a Stromboli, a slice of pizza and a drink. I was so excited there was mushroom pizza! I never see mushroom as a topping by themselves so I was happy about that. The Stromboli was delicious with some marinara on it, as was the pizza. I don’t know if it’s an AZ thing but the ice maker was sad and slow and I barely got any but this could be because of the sheer amount of people that use it. I usually really love Sbarro but the lack of options dropped the rating to a 4.

Saw the worker cough all in her hands. I asked her if she was going to wash her hands…she said yes and then put gloves on. Continued handling food. I walked off. Having nasty workers like this in the food industry is ridiculous.

Good Pizza, if you can buy some. Never any pizza available for purchase. Several Attempts I made to this location and they only had three or more empty pizza pie trays sitting there around lunch time. You would think that Sbarro would have Any type of pizza available for customers at that time of day.
Don’t waste your lunch time stopping by.. Plenty of photos available..

Ordered a couple of slices of pizza with a side if the mixed veggies. Pizza was good. Veggies were even better. They have a bit of a kick so if you are afraid of spice, dont order.

Great Pizza but the last two times the employees seemed slightly rude and I felt bad for them. Many times they don’t answer the phone and I had to call the Taco Bell to get a hold of someone there. I usually order a whole fresh pepperoni pizza and the pizza is always great in my opinion.
