Since the new manager Erika took over, this Sbarro has completely turned around for the better! The staff is much more friendly and welcoming, the place is cleaner, and the food has been more consistent and fresh every time I visit. You can really tell there’s pride in the way the team runs things now. It’s great to see such positive changes — I’ll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend!p

Food was great & the people are friendly I frequent the PX often and noticed a big improvement in the display; I decided to give them another chance (I had a not great experience before with the customer service) I was pleasantly surprised this time around & will definitely be back.

Showed up at 5pm today and stood in a 3 person line for 20 minutes while there was nobody behind the counter. Finally after several yells, someone came out and their excuse was “it’s only two of us here.” That doesn’t explain why there’s nobody to take orders out front
