I went up there to purchase an already cooked slice of pizza and literally stood there for seven minutes… (I get a 15 minute break) Nobody showed up to the front counter. I go back later since I’m still hungry and the two workers aren’t even acknowledging that I’m there. (I go there all the time) And one of them is literally sitting on the counter, crossed legs with his dogs out… I’ll just put up with making my own lunch at this point. They’re so rude. He just sat there on his phone while another customer was literally in front of me trying to ask for service. WHY WAS THIS MAN NOT WEARING PROPER SHOES HE LITERALLY HAD ON SLIDES!!!???

The service at this restaurant is not Good. My wife and I walked up to order our pizza and pasta, and the girl behind the counter kept crouching down to be on her phone behind the counter and they were playing around behind the counter instead of doing their job when she did get our pizza she put my wife’s sausage and pepperoni pizza on top of a jalapeño pizza which my wife cannot have spice and a jalapeño was found at the bottom of my wife’s pizza. She (worker) kept running to the back. and clearly they don’t give a crap about cross-contamination.

We decided to try Sbarro for the first time and well, it’s definitely the last! One slice of their flimsy, super super thin, pepperoni pizza was $6.17!!!! Talk about a complete rip off, since the pizza was at best mediocre and there were barely any toppings like maybe 5 pieces of pepperoni. Not worth the money.

Hadn’t had Sbarros since I was a kid and was excited to see one at Northeast Mall. Pizza was really good with fresh tasting ingredients and a perfect crust with a chewy bite! Quick service and very reasonable pricing on their combos and XL pizzas that I’m definitely going to have to try.

Got there at 1130 in the morning. All other vendors had food ready. They did not have even one pizza made. They were rude when asked about it. They should be thrown out of the food court and they don’t deserve even one star.

Food was mid- exactly what you expect from mall pizza. Service was atrocious. Took 15 minutes for 2 slices of pre-made pizza. Sign said 2 breadsticks for $2.69 but I was charged $2.69 for one and $1.89 for the other, when I pointed at the sign I was told no repetitively. Never received a receipt, when I asked they said their machine should’ve asked (it didn’t) and I was told I was lying. Will never come back.
