This is not a sbarros pizza because I know what a sbarros pizza looks like. I’m here as we speak and the employees are fighting in the kitchen. Using vulgar language in front of my kids. Disappointment of a place. Pizza is very doughy and I’m afraid to take it back as they are very hostile and not welcoming. I asked for 1 slice of cheese pizza and she had the rudest look picked it up and threw in the oven to heat. I was too afraid to say I didn’t want it anymore so I paid and left. Obviously there are some strong issue there. The owner needs to come and save this restaurant because at this rate this place won’t last. People are being mistreated and I seen it with the other customers too. Terrible establishment

I had the spirit of nostalgia passing this in the mall. As pictured it was burnt before reheating. To be honest this should have been thrown away, it even tasted burnt. Don’t go here for fresh pizza or nostalgia. Both will leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Can someone PLEASE remind the entire staff that we are in the midst of a full on Pandemic! I’m only giving 1 Star because 0 isn’t an option. Stopped to get my daughter a Stromboli, the staff was very rude. Only 1 out of the 5 people behind the counter was wearing gloves as they handled the food. The staff wore mask inappropriately under the nose.
Was so busy staring at me rudely until they burned the food and still served it. Never greeted me, or replied to my greeting nor thank you. This location is a far cry from the Somerset location. The whole crew needs customer service 101 training Period! No excuse to behave in such a manner when people all over the world are unemployed. This behavior totally sidelines deserving food service employees from getting salary increases because people lump sum them up with the poorly trained employees that served me and my daughter. Please don’t waste your money here.
This encounter reminded me of why I don’t mind spending extra to drive further out for better service. Totally disappointed. Lacking in sanitation and customer service resulted in my disapproval of this location.

I love sbarro! but I will never visit the sbarro located in Fairlane mall !!!! The employees are very rude it’s always a stressed experience! U can sense it before u decide to order from there. They are always loud shouting and yelling at each other! They make u wait a long time before they help you and when they do they don’t greet u or anything, they give attitude coz u decided to order from them!!!! u ask for pizza they don’t want to heat it up when u ask them too kindly they make it seem like it’s a crime!!! It’s sad that the company is losing a lot of business because their employees have anger issues And don’t want anyone to order anything from them! To the employees at sbarro Fairlane please quit if u hate ur job that much!

Haven’t been to this place in a while. Just wanted to bring a pizza for my family to try. The lady at the counter was very rude. Wouldn’t walk to the “place your order” area which is fine but then rolled her eyes when we ordered. If you don’t want to make the pizza just say so, I’m fine with a no. Then said it would be 25mins. We stay in the table right in front of the register and 40 minutes pass without anyone letting us know our pizza was ready. When we went to ask, she pretended she didn’t know who we were and tried to make us go back to the “place your order” area. We showed her the receipt and she tsked at us. Brought our already ready pizza without even an apology for the wait. We weren’t mean or anything from beginning to end so it’s not even justified for being so rude to us???

It’s in a mall and the workers talk all in front the pizzas mask free. And they over charge you for pizza thats been sitting all day. They didn’t tell me or my friend cash only until the cash out moment. I am better ordering at dominoes.

I’m not one to post bad reviews but this was unbelievable. Ordered a pizza and some breadsticks. Got the pizza home: cheese was not melted, it was not cooked right, not cut right. Breadsticks were burnt from the top from so much néw seasoning they use. We threw the whole pizza out. Never again.

I ordered 2 XL PIZZA LOL THE BLACK LADY GOT SO MAD AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO TAKE ANYWHERE FROM 45 min to an hour to make, I said it was ok, even tho no one was at the restaurant. Then she started staring me down like I did something to her. I was very scared for my life and knew she would spit in my food. This pizza Joint is very hostile and ghetto. BEWARE!!! How can you receive 1 star when the quality of the pizza is excellent? Easy! The customer service experience was in negative territory which really should rate a zero or lower. Restaurant 101. If the food is good and the attitude was terrible, people will not return. Many restaurants have good food, it is all about attitude and the experience! I read your response and sorry just does not cut it. Tell me how to get in touch with you, such as a phone number and I will call you with the details of my experience. I would rather not publicly embarrass Sbarro over one employee, which not only ruined my fondness of your pizza chain, but cost me a 20 dollar gift certificate on top of her incompetence!
