Solid pizza spot in Polaris mall. Good taste and decent sizes. Would recommend the $10 combo for two slices and a drink. You can’t go wrong with the pepperoni and mushroom pizza!

I ordered 3 strombolis from them on their website and waited 20 minutes before coming up to pick up my order. Upon arrival they told me to come back in 30 minutes even tho I could see them pulling out a fresh batch from the oven in front of me just to put under a 6 watt light bulb so I didn’t want to argue and came back after another 30 minutes later they kept me waiting another 10 minutes and gave me a full pizza box with breadsticks. I tried to tell them that this wasn’t my order but they didn’t listen and shooed me away like they were busy (which it wasn’t) and they still changed my card even though I never picked up my original order so I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Pizza tasted bad and breadsticks were hot but surprisingly tasted stale like it was left alone for a day then reheated in a microwave. No wonder why the folks at GameStop and Spencer’s told me not to order from them.

Not even the same taste from back in the day. Im not sure if it was beacuse we got the pan pizza, but even the sauce tastes a little funny now. Might try it one more time, but it will definitely have to be the thin crust pizza.

Foods always on point at The Polaris Sbarro.
Taste great, line moves quickly, cheap, and superb customer service.
Guy’s on the line are typically humorous, and entertaining, making the waiting and ordering experience as quick and pleasant as possible.
My favorite Sbarro Location and the best option within Polaris Food Court !

I really try to eat this. But it tasted like soap with grease. I couldn’t finish my meal. I normally love this place but that was not the case today.

The pizza was pretty good but took forever. I ordered online and I think they forgot one of my pizzas because 1 was ready when I got there and the other took at least 10 more minutes. I like their pizza but hate having to go into the mall to get it. Parking always sucks.

Staff was horribly rude when all I wanted was a beverage. If they-d been nicer in how they said things it wouldn’t have been so bad. I walked up to get a drink and 2 supposed “workers” were just working their mouths. When I asked for a beverage they told me get in line, when I would have e been gone before the next customer even got their pizza. Would rate a zero off I could. Will never go again-even though they are the only ones with fountain Pepsi products.

The staff was great! They were VERY busy but not once did I see anyone loose their cool. They were friendly, efficient and smiled. They were a great team! Moved the line with ease! Very polite and attentive! Really impressed!

When i first got here, i waited like 5 minutes with no acknowledgment from the 2 guys standing right in front of me. Like where’s my ample service?. Then after that, i had planned on gettin g the baked ziti. I had wanted to get the full size but after i looked at in the pan.. i regretted my decision. There was no straws, no forks, no utensils, no dr pepper. There was a mystery item of someone i ordered with pizza, we chalked it up to be a bell pepper but we honestly don’t know. The baked ziti was cold stuck together, dry, but also wet on the noodle at the same time? so not really sure what’s going on.

The girl that waited on me acted like she was high. I kept telling her I wanted a spinach Stromboli and she kept saying mushroom pizza. Stromboli wasn’t edible, so peppery. I found a bunch of crushed red peppers in it. It’s never been spicy before. My niece ordered Hawaiian pizza, the box is shaped in a triangle and the girl actually put the pizza in upside down. I ordered a Caesar salad and got italian dressing instead of Caesar dressing. Had to go back to get the sauce for my Stromboli. And no gloves.
