Absolutely disgusting, and the kids that were working there lack social skills. Had to go back twice because it was still cold and the bread was doughy and really badly under cooked. I should have looked up the reviews before eating here even though it was only $7 that was a good 7$ spent to know to never go back.

Help me understand why if you close at 8pm you cannot order and pick up a pizza after 6:20pm? That is an hour and 40 minutes before you close. It does not take that long to cook a pizza. No wonder why your company is always on the brink of bankruptcy.

a very rude blonde woman took my order. she was approachable with everyone else in line but me, and appeared to be almost offended when i asked for spaghetti with meat sauce. she slapped a lid onto the counter which fell onto the floor and she scoffed at it while getting another. her coworker was much nicer and ensured i had everything i wanted. overall, the food was terrible, and i have no intention of eating there again.

This place is kinda gross. I found hair in my food which ruined my appetite after the disgusting pizza did. Pizza is in the name so you think they would be good at it. That’s a lie they suck. Lemonade is buss and no hairs were in the lemonade so 10/10 recommend that. The bread stick was large and the lady gave us two instead of three when we order THREE combos. Anyway moral of the story go to Chick-fil-a.

Workers seemed like they didn’t want to help. Extremely rude and quick to get us away. Food looked as if it had been sitting a long time. Told us a whole pie would take over 20 mins though there were no other customers. Refused to allow old pizza slices to be rang up as whole pie. Literally watched as they would look and stare at potential customers, hoping they’d walk away instead of ordering.. Will definitely not be back …over priced for old food and poor service!!!

Walked up to Sbarro tonight and saw the employee with the double doors opening vaping. I wasn’t very fond of seeing that and now him serving me food but I really wanted the pizza. He asked what I would like I stated 2 slices of cheese pizza. He said they didn’t have any, I asked how long until another one is ready? He said there wouldn’t be anymore tonight… there was over an hour left before close and it is cheese pizza… Everytime I go to the food court I eat Sbarro but it seems to be going downhill. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t able to get dinner tonight. I don’t know if I will continue to go back if they allow employees to vape in the kitchen and barely have a selection during dinner time. It wasn’t even 6pm yet.

Very rude older blonde woman taking my order. Basically yelled at me because I was confused on the question she was asking. You should fire her, she would run more customers off. I am a very nice person and try to be nice to everyone. She was rude because I was simply confused. I am never eating here again.
