The food ALWAYS deceives you. Every time I ordered here including the pizza, breadsticks, and others they all tasted terrible. I tried to give it a chance and try the pasta. Everything looks appetizing outside, but once you try it is always dry and terrible quality for how expensive it is.

The worker gave me pasta that I saw flies on, and honestly it was my fault for eating it anyways. One half was mush while the other was not even done, I sat there crunching on raw pasta shells and a side of tomato sauce.

Worst experience. Found hair on my pizza. When I bought it to the Store Managers attention, his response was “I’m not taking ownership of that. What do you want me to do about it?” Whoa. He took my receipt told ME to throw away the old pizza. When he made a new pizza, he looked up and stated, “ don’t come back” Daniel Wright is horrible. This is the second time hair was found in my food from this location. I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. But to be threaded and talked down too is a no go. They don’t even have a working telephone number. All the other members of the staff were ok. If you don’t like your job, LEAVE. It’s not fair to treat paying customers this way.

I placed an order via DoorDash today. When it arrived, I was very disappointed. The employee that packed my order which was one slice of pizza and a breadstick did so between two paper plates instead of a to go box. Then the dasher left it on the porch of the office in the rain instead of in the lobby as requested. I was very disappointed in the poor customer service as well as the quality.

2 stars only because the food was good but, wow was that an experience. We were not greeted as we walked up and there was 3 employees not helping customers and made eye contact with us multiple times. After 3mins someone asked for our order, we just wanted two slices. Then this is the kicker. Two of the employees were sitting there cellphones, and using them on the area the cheese sticks roll out of. Like right on top of were it gets warm and the food touches. So gross. We didn’t eat the cheese sticks and just had our pizza.

The cheese bread isn’t fully cooked. It’s doughy. I could only eat the end on both sides.

genuinely don’t know how this place is still open. staff was very rude to me and other customers. i waited in line for almost 30 minutes just for 2 things which only two needed to be heated up (breadsticks). almost half the noodles in my pasta were not even cooked all the way and were hard. this is absolutely not the first time i’ve had a poor experience here. staff is never welcoming, almost always slacking off.

It’s a fair price for the amount of food you get. The portions for the slices are large and filling ($8.62 total for a slice, a side salad, a drink, and a side of their garlic butter). My biggest complaint is that the croutons were soggy, perhaps wait until after the customer has ordered to add that to your salads? Also, the pizza was a little greasier than I normally like it, but some people prefer it that way

Food was ordered at 12:54. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. We were told that this pepperoni pizza would be 15 minutes. So we waited, and waited. They didn’t even put our pizza in until 1:11. 30 minutes, as opposed to 15. The food we’d ordered from other locations had already gotten completely cold.
We understand if you’re busy, and it’s a lunch rush. We’ve worked in the food industry before, we know how it is; but don’t set unrealistic expectations for your customers, and then not communicate when there’s a change.

I wish I could rate a 0. I Ordered online they said the order will be ready at 5:07. I get there at 5:08 or something and she informs me she hasn’t even started on my order. After waiting for her to make my order I didn’t leave until 5:34 that is after she dropped my Stromboli on the floor. Never again.

The gentleman puts my pizza in a small little rotator oven to warm up I asked why don’t they use the big oven like they always did when I visit since that’s what makes the pizza like NY pizza he said it taste better. It did not in fact taste better it taste like I put my pizza in the microwave. If I wanted a microwave oven pizza I would have stayed home and did that. So I paid $13 bucks for pizza that tasted like some card board box. No crispy crust but a lack luster pizza instead. I will not be dining with Sbarro ever again. You guys used to be good. Now you guys just suck. What’s the point of having a 400 something degree oven if we’re not making the pizza in it.
